Excellent Service Experience
I received amazing service from Saith Mosisanyane. She was very friendly and professional at the same time. She made sure that all my questions were easy to understand and assisted me with everything I needed, including my SIM swap. Honestly, she has outstanding customer service skills, and I am very satisfied with the support I received.

Best Service
I am extremely happy with the service I received from Matric College. From the very beginning, their support team has been friendly, professional and always available to assist. They consistently check in on students, which makes you feel valued and supported throughout your academic journey. What impressed me the most is how quickly I received feedback and marks for my assignments, much faster than I expected. The communication is clear and timely, and they make it easy to stay on track with your studies. I honestly wish I had known about Matric College much earlier. It's a great institution that truly puts students first. I would definitely recommend Matric College to anyone looking to further their education in a flexible and supportive environment. I would like to thank sister Madlala for the best service that I got on the 12th of September 2023, I really appreciate she was so helpful and very polite and she didn't even take her lunch just for us, wow thank you, sister, may God bless you and your matron I forgot her name, you guys deserve the best. Poor service
I'm very disappointed to this guys 😥, my brother was dismissed on his job and call clientele for assistance as he was paying his police but they never assisted him, they never call or send an email, he was the one who always call and send emails. No one ever represented him they just told him to go to CCMA and give them feedback back yoo I will never use this insurance they brake my trust and they still debts the money thats the only thing that they are good at it 😡 I'm very very disappointed.
