A friend bought a voucher for me around 1am or so then system didn't give her the pin and now i have to wait 24hours but they took my R95 when I bought the voucher and when i call it's excuse after the next. I'm just so annoyed with the service I don't know what possessed her to use Blue Label of all the services in the world and I want my R95 now or the pin either or and i don't want to hear stories because I'm enough already with tales.
Since thursday 12thth September I have been in contact with Hollywood bets clientcare regarding the voucher that is giving me invalid error since when I bought it and this afternoon I’m told by the lady by the name of Bongi who is the supervisor that they have 2 departments doing the same thing but 2 department together failed to resolve my issue. It was easy for the R500 to be debited but not easy to fix the problem for me to be able to either gamble or have my money back. At this stage I’m not interested in anything that anyone has to say I just want my money and I’ll walk away. These are the people I spoke to and evertime repeating the same story and no one seemed to be bothered whether this gets resolved or not. 1. Sanelisewe 2. Nonhlakanipho 3. Sphindile 4. Zandile 5. Today I spoke to the Team Leader again and she called me back and told me that the voucher was still voucher and i thought of testing on one of the website and to my greatest surprise it was not resolved. Phoned back the Customer Services and conveniently was told that she was in training, obviously the consultant did tell her that the references were not the same and i'm the fool on the other side and was left in shock because i needed the money so badly and had nothing on me. First of all they are known for their exorbitant prices, long story short I called them to get myself and my parents insured to my greatest surprise the policy is under my mom's name although i was to pay as the principal member. Never got even an sms to confirm anything so everything was sent to my pensioner mother to read. When discovering all this i was told that my mother was to be the one calling, just a big confusion. Then my moms account was debited with the money i send her as an allowance, all of it and was told that it will be refunded in 30 days in the mean time i don't know what she will eat. They are charging 902 and old mutual is 442, how ridiculous is that?
FNB Blocked my account after there were funds that were deposited by SARS on saturday just to grab my attention, little did they know that i was so looking forward to that money especially since i just moved to a new province and things have not been that well. Bunch of cruel humans not sure if they actually have any humanity in them left. I have been calling been passed around like an object. I want my money and they can terminate my services I really don't care.
Yesterday afternoon I went to the clinic after the whole night and day before with a major runny tummy almost diarrhea to a greatest surprise that if you don't have an ID at hand that you don't get assisted. 2 administrators showed me flames then to the last door on the left I think consultation room 7 or 8 one of the senior sisters who thinks that it belongs to her even made things worse by telling me that those administrators did well by giving me attitude. No wonder people die so much when they have to go to the clinic.
Expectations raised for the 2nd time and not met. I had made peace with the fact that the company can not assist me with anything until I was approached by their consultant Marvin Masedi only to be turned down again by him. I sent this email to him a minute ago. "You started me when I was not even worried about the loan only to tell me that I must go to the branch. If this is the kind of service you provide to your clients then I’m not interested. I might be looking for financial assistance but I refuse to be treated like an idiot."
I must say it has been a mission if not impossible for the process to happen for this person. After a few attempts of getting an ID issued which never happened I thought this must be the only way something can be done. My brother’s ex-wife left his child a few months after birth to seek better prospects elsewhere as their relationship was hitting rock bottom, so she left the child with my mom who is now a pensioner. To cut a long story short after countless attempts of getting him his ID it was later discovered that he in an actually fact was registered with different names but needless to say that the child was already in school using a different so it was never gonna work for him to use that document. He is now almost 17 still without ID and Home affairs is making it impossible for him to get one, now in grade 11 and next year is required to have some kind of identification since it will be his final year at school. I just need to know who I can call or what I need to do because right now my hands are behind my back since my mom failed and she is the person who has been taking care of this chap from then.
