They are the worst I won't lie they will tell u to keep calling and each time u call ul get a different story I've been waiting for my dads death claim since 2024 it's 2026 now they keep going back and forth yah ai shame so disappointed ngeke

Baddest service ever poor service
Very disappointing I've been trying to get help from these people but to no avail I've been paying this scorpion company for years never claimed anything but just when I need help they make me look stupid it's been months now all I can tell anyone ready to join this company please don't waste your money they pretend to help and all that but u get nothing serious they will call as if they will do something but dololo help all they know is deducting money each month that's what they good at

Happy meals aren't happy meals anymore in evaton
I'm actually bored and irritated by these people I went at evaton McDonald's a dozen times trying to purchase a happy meal for my kids everytime 😒 there aren't any gifts for my kids first time I complained they gave me but since they are the closest In my location I have no choice but to buy what my kids want from them so I would like to know if there aren't any kiddies toys in happy meals anymore so that I'll stop buying these things that keep disappointing my kids

Still waiting for my airtime
So disappointed in how I was actually ****med by these people when I tried buying airtime for something important purchased airtime online money got deducted but no airtime I wasn't even owing them anything

Unreliable
Ahhh so far the worst the worst I've been paying lawyers here for years and years but now I have serious problems I have to struggle getting help not to even mention the rude employees 😢 I've been trying to get help from these people since early January till now it's June and no way forward so disappointed

Bad service
The most unreliable and ************* company I've been struggling with them for long I struggle to get my claims struggle to even communicate with their stuff everytime I want to lodge a complaint it's as if I speak a different language they don't understand wow ey I wouldn't recommend metropolitan to anyone ever
