Whatever you do, don’t buy a chest of drawers from 5 Star Furniture. Firstly, the unit arrived already chipped at the bottom. I immediately informed the sales team via WhatsApp and even sent pictures as proof, but my message was completely ignored. Secondly, the drawers didn’t even last a month. The unit is already falling apart. I replaced a chest of drawers I had used for years thinking this would be an upgrade, but it turned out to be a complete rip-off. The material feels like paper-based wood and is now flaking everywhere. The quality is extremely poor, especially considering the price paid. I am honestly very disappointed and frustrated. Never again!!
I had a terrible experience with Grid Control Technology. They seem to be working hand in hand with Central Developments to **** tenants out of their hard-earned money. I paid what they claimed I owed, but they still insist I have an outstanding balance, even crediting some of my payment to Central Developments—despite not owing them any rent! It’s infuriating and incredibly confusing. Companies like this should be banned. I urge anyone affected to report them to consumer protection agencies
Supersonic Fiber has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Their WhatsApp and telephone lines are constantly unresponsive. My main issue is their billing. They sent an invoice stating a charge of R549, but instead, they billed me R1062.58. I have no idea what this extra amount is for, nor was it mentioned in the invoice. Despite attempting to contact them for over a month, I’ve had no success. I need to cancel my subscription, but it's impossible to reach them. This situation is incredibly frustrating and warrants investigation.
This is by far the worst courier service ever!!! I still don’t understand why FNB uses them for deliveries. The drivers called me to tell me that my package is with them, I went to them and was told that I won’t be able to receive my package because the delivery address was written 237 instead of 238. I told them that my ID will confirm that they have given it to the right recipient but they still didn’t seem to comprehend the logic I was trying to instil in them. Even the customer care agent I spoke to couldn’t assist me with this. Terrible customer service I am beyond ****ed and don’t look forward to them coming to my place ever again.
