Disappointed and annoyed
I'm so highly disappointed with Kempton park traffic department. Why do we have ro make an online booking to be told that we have to queue that system does not apply to them. I have been standing outside in the cold for more than an hour to be told I must come every early in the morning or Saturday. Just to spend the whole to be treated like that. What are the appointments for? Why was this system implemented? Now I wasted time and money and I have not accomplished anything. Now I have to go look for another traffic department.

Most disappointing horrible service
I called Vodacom on the 12 of May to load notice of cancelation. I was assisted by consultant named Zama. I wanted to cancel and she advised that I can downgrade for 3 months, after 3 months I can cancelation at anytime starting from July. When I called 2 weeks ago boom my contract ends 2027. I called Vodacom no manager wants to speak to me. My query is being escalated everyday. I was told they will contact me within 7days no call. I called again after 7days I was told with 72 hours, still no call. I called today and demanded to speak to the manager, I was told is not possible they can only escalate.

Disappointing service
I called in for quotation, I was impressed by the consultant. The car track scheduling department is disappointing, 2 to 3 consultant daily would call to schedule for device installation. More than 4 technicians daily would call to confirm address but they will never arrived.

Disappointed and annoyed
I have been trying to cancel tracker for months, I was told to pay a certain amount for cancellation. When I asked them to install the the tracking device from the old car to the new car still they said is not possible and still I have to pay a certain amount.I sold the car, why should I pay for device on the car I have sold? Why pay to for cancellation?
