Capitec bank expects you to take selfies to pay a new beneficiary. This function is offensive and over bearing, it is also dangerous to be taking selfies in the open in South Africa, which is a crime ridden hell hole. I attempted to get this absurd function removed from my app. Only to be told "we can't". Avoid Capitec, they do not care about your safety and are happy for you to miss important payments, because the selfie function is so sensitive it does not work.
With my very first order, cosmetology handed my package over to RAM which never failed to pick it up....reason???? "Courier not at work" Then when I want to make contact and find out why for an entire week my parcel has been stagnant, there is no way to do so. No accountability on delivery and seemingly nothing I can do but hope that the problem resolves. I actually am happy to be fully refunded at this point!
This company is frustrating to order from. Their software alters the address you enter from the town you are in to the nearest large city. Meaning your parcel does not arrive. I have ordered twice this year and on both occasions their system auto updates my address to different town completely. Why is it doing this? Also your complaints help line is ment to be available from 8am and it is 8:10am and it is still unavailable. What this company needs is whoever is running the South African franchise to be fired. It has been years and whoever this trollop is he/she needs to step aside and allow a person with brains to take over. The app is so full of bugs you want to cry too when using it. Despite many times complaining and changing the address, the fking address is STILL wrong and it won't let me fix it. I want a massive discount on my next order and a public apology AND maybe sort my delivery out as it is late again. Avoid this company if you want to retain your sanity! Awful
Dear Capitec, Your facial recognition being forced on customers is unacceptable waste of my time and a consistent invasion of my personal space. Standing around trying to get a photo when it does not process no matter what is doubly frustrating. I requested this function be removed from account only to be told sorry it cannot be. So I am moving to FnB where this function is optional. Your loss, I am not the first to complain and leave and I hope many follow so you learn about customer care. Regards Jon
They are uncontactble if you have an issue the BEE obsessed idiots. Their delivery driver was drunk and gave me the wrong package after arguing with me. To hell with this ****** company and their poor service.
This poorly managed company should be AVOIDED. They do not communicate with the client when items are short on the order. They do NOT issue refunds for the goods that are short unless YOU chase them for it and if you don't....well then they will just ***** your money. These absolute fool also refunded me short on the refund too, no due diligence and now I cannot get hold of them again.
This company is run terribly. They have basically stollen my money. Delivering half of my order and then although saying they would refund thr missing item. They just never processed the refund. NEVER BUY FROM THESE THIEVING *******S!
VERY LATE DELIVERY over a week. This despite the claims to deliver in under 3 days. Had to go buy the items from another shop it still hasn't arrived and it is day 8! No correspondence except auto responses. Useless company run by equally useless employees. Take your money to another company that appreciates your business and their customers. Worst online pet store! You have been warned!
First of all they use polony instead of real ment which is dishonest second of all they have the WORST phone ordering service. My order never even arraived from Debonaires Grabouw. Rather make your own pizza or go elsewhere.
