Can you please let us choose our reward when we do Vodacom shake cause we don't really need some of the rewards you give us they expire without being used

Had bad experience with sassa needed help tried to contact them they don't take their calls tried their Whatsapp number they are not responding it is really annoying you really cant get assisted
I am dissatisfied with Flex the fact that they increase the price without letting us know in time I've never received and email or sms about their prices going up now my wifi had expired and I have to learn that they have increased the price there was lack of communication but when the service has to be recharged we always get sms and email even Whatsapp but when it increases they are silent

Vodacom has become a bad network you can't even do a self service been looking to do a simswap but I can't on the self service and I can't even get a consultant I am very disappointed thank you so much for nothing
I had a bad experience with cash crusaders wanted to sell a new laptop worth R29 000 on the market and they offered me R4000 this is a ******* you are no different than loan sharks you should offer market related amounts on customer goods not take advantage of their struggles I am quiet dissapointed because it is written in your stores that you give market related prices you do your research 1st but this only proves that this is for their own gain you have just lost a loyal customer
This zoom fibre service is no Good really sent a query yesterday of no internet service it is funny that there's a Black Friday promo 10 days free yet we can't access the internet the technicians promised to look at it and call me after 15 minutes I am still waiting for the call
