What a rude store manager. Went to the store to redeem store vouchers they donated to a near by Primary school that the kids were given by their teachers. Only when we got there received a terrible & disgusting behaviour from a short white lady by the store, i dont know whether she’s the store manager or what though i know she was disgustingly rude towards us. They forced each child to come with an adult whether u 2 kids u can’t bring them both without a 2nd elder that will have to order a main meal, no promo meals or meal of your choice. What’s worse is how she addressed us, rude and disrespectful. They basically trapping & manipulating people to spend a certain amount of money with a certain number of people to redeem their voucher & we ended up not even using it. It’s part of their CSI though they’re looking to benefit from it & that’s not how CSI works. They’re very manipulative and rude.
#BlackFriday. The service & staff is amazing. They’re always willing to serve with a smile, fast & conveniently. They dont waste time, fast & amazing service. It’s always refreshing to buy from their store
The service at Hungry Lion Bellville is ****py. The store is full of staff though only a few staff members are working the rest are making conversations. The line is long even cued outside & it’s dangerous in Bellville to be standing out waiting to be served by non chalant service provider
I bought a Lodge Slouch Couch at Coricraft Tygervalley Store. The service was amazing, the store scent is over the top the friendly staff. The quality of their furniture pieces is amazing
Poor quality clothes, poor service & systems. I orderd some items online & one (pair of shoes) was faulty. Enquired online & they have me an option to go return at the store. When i got there they couldn’t help as I didn’t have an invoice that they never sent me. Waited for over an hour trying to resolve to this issue with no outcome. They can’t track nor trace the purchased without the invoice there’s nothing they can do. I am upset & dissatisfied with their ****yy outdated service & system
Ayana is ****ty store with no customer service. I made an online purchase one if the items was faulty (shoes) & when i tried to return it they could not assist me because I didn’t have an invoice that they never sent me.

Tafelberg furniture has the poorest service ever they don’t care about their clients. I purchased a couch in October that got delivered in November 24 which was a bit faulty & they came to to take it back for get it repaired & a week later later came back even worse. I contacted them & they agreed to take it back & log a refund quiry 3 weeks ago & they still haven’t resolved it. I am furious, I would not recommend them for any purchase. They
