Waste of time and energy and resources. Since last year, we have made a payment and the connection is still not re-established. Every consultant tells you to wait 24hrs, and nothing has changed. The last consultant now advised that nothing can be done until Monday, when this has been dragged for a whole week, and extra payment was made for early connection. They also won't let you speak to a supervisor, pretending they have no transfer button on their phones
I have been getting messages from these people regarding a payment that is due even though I have received a paid up letter from the bank. When I follow up, I get a dismissive answer and additional messages asking for more money
Still waiting for a delivery for a purchase made 13 July, your WhatsApp line takes forever to respond and promises calls that I never received. Could you please update or refund, this is ridiculous and unacceptable.
I was driving home this Sunday afternoon from burying a sister when the floodgates opened up. Not a smart move to drive in that state. Inspector C. Karele drove past me and realized I was distraught. He stopped to check on me, presented condolences and offered encouraging words. Due to my state, he organized an adequate escort to drive me home. Thank you, officer D. Fernandez for your kind words and support, thank you officer N. Lewis for ensuring that I got home safely. Thank you Inspector for keeping an eye on the road, ensuring safety at all times.
Has anyone experienced harassment from these people ? It has been more than a month that they keep calling my number every morning at 7am. When you pick up the call, they drop the line. If you are lucky, the correspondant asks you when you are making the next payment. I have made numerous calls to advise that I have completed payment, provided proof of payment as requested more than 3 times, they even sent me an email advising they will forward a paid up letter. Nothing has been done yet they keep disturbing my sleep every morning including weekend. Their calls are recorded as we are told on every interaction, this can be easily investigated, and their WhatsApp correspondant has been ignoring my messages since May 29th
Dancing the chat cha with RSAWEB : I have been trying to get my line reconnected and have been given the run around. I am being penalized because I haven't paid a December bill in November, while the T&Cs according to the consultant I had on the line stipulate payments are due from 1st of the month. To think that a few weeks ago I had a 5 star service regarding the same issue...
I received a voucher by sms, tried to claim it in store and was advised it doesn't exist. I don't have a loyalty account being a foreigner yet truworths has my contact details to send updates and vouchers that can't be redeemed because "they can't be found on the system". When I requested my details to be removed from the system, I was given a funny story of how "they can't assist".
