Had bad service.... Ordered 1 wrapsta box with 2 streetwise 2 and 2 Ice cream .... Cashier that was assisting me was very rude to a point where by she didn't not hear my exact order ...she punched two wrapsta box instead of 1 ... And then when I told her that I wanted 1 wrapsta box not two she was rude I told her Im seeking my refund for other ... She was very rude back chatting saying she can't do refund .. until I ask to speak with manager ... Manager came didnt even apologize for this instead he just asked me to sign paper for refund which I did ...finally was refunded ... To my surprise my wrapsta box was suppose to came with zero coke ... Was told that they do not have a coke ... Imagine a whole store nt having coke ..I was forced to drink Stoney whereas I did not order Stoney ... What bad and poor services ... I'm not happy at all
What great customer service ive received ... I was assisted by consultant called Natasha in vangate branch .. She went extramile in making sure that my query was sorted ..and shes very friendly .im satisfied and very happy ..please keep this level of service..

I got best customer service from rain (wi-fi ).. They explain to me all the process of application for Wi-Fi they came to delivery the router on time as they explain .They call immediately when you request call back ,their WI-FI work perfectly fine .. I'm an happy customer ..Please keep it rain , I would definitely recommend this service provider.
I received bad service from game store in canal walk .. bought washing machine tuesday is not delivered even today ... i called them asked as to why its not delivered as to yet whereas ive payed even delivered they said they checking what is happening in warehouse ... was placed on hold on the call for more than 20 minutes until my airtime run out .. asked them to call me back they never did even know im still not contacted .. ive bothered my self to call again still havent received any valid reason as to why it took so much for the item to be delivered and no one bothered to call me back even now .. I must say i very dissapointed with their service
They have a very very poor service I have paid my outstanding amount at 8:am and still I am still not reconnected to access the internet I was told that the matter has been escalated to finance department it's more than 8 hour's now. The last agent that I spoke to which is Nonkululeko provided the worst service she didn't allow me to speak to her manager I must say I am very disappointed this business doesn't deserve to be called a customer service business.
They provide very bad and poor service .. I've been waiting for my parcel to arrive more than 17 days no one is doing any follow up .. called one of the consultant they promise to deliver the parcel to be delivered in 24 hours still nothing as per status my delivery is stucked in floor check at cape town since last week Tuesday ... will definitely not reccomend buffalo to anyone
