Brilliant service for the worms issue I faced...prompt service with Jabulani from Premier FMCG
I logged a complaint for worms found in a iwisa product I purchased in stores ...I received a call the next day for the investigation processes and the consultant was very friend and patient with me as I was still traumatized from my experience. Pictures were emailed as proof as per they're request and they managed to retrieve the product I took back to the store to get the batch number and check on all the other products that came in . It's important to raise awareness about potential problems with products so that other consumers can be protected ,this was my main goal with all of the escalation I did. Now they're able to take steps to prevent this from happening again. Jabulani thank you so much for the prompt service,its very rare to get this type of service in the country we live in right now. You are indeed an asset to the business and hope you recognized for your effort and hard work.

Worms in Iwisa mazie meal
I made purchases at the shoprite in Boksburg town(256 Commissioner St, Boksburg, 1459)on the 28th of Feb...on the 3rd March I was preparing to make dinner for my family and discovered brown shells on the side of the pack and worms in and around the mealie meal(Iwisa). On the package the expiry date is July 2025. How are there worms in a product i purchased two days ago. I have a video with a. time stamps and my slip. This situation raises serious health concerns, as the consumption of such contaminated food could lead to food poisoning and other serious health issues for your customers. This is the most disgusting experience and I really didn't expect this from Shoprite or Iwisa as I proud your businesses for its work.
