ordered shoes for a gift 5 days ago. order was processed and money was paid. after 5 days received an email stating that: Just thought we would share in an update on your latest order with us 😊 An item on your order took a detour and we have removed it off the order for you. Truly hopeless level of service.
ordered a couch from Cielo and the couch was delivered with the incorrect legs. After many calls and emails Cielo could not manage to resolve the matter. more than a month ago and still no feedback. The customer support is basically non-existent. Staff poorly trained and informed.
i wish there was a 0 star option. Do not make a booking for movies on the app. the payment goes out but the tickets are not issued. Client service is very poor and refund will take up to 7 days. Wonder if i can pay for a movie only after 7 days?? the whole experience was rather poor. standing in a queue for ages to get popcorn. dirty seats and floor. Due to this poor level of services, it might be time to call it quits.
Worst experience with a service i have ever had. Car untouched for 6 hours and had to pick up car without any work done. Wasted the entire day and now i need to do it all over again
The BA experience: i booked return flights on BA from Johannesburg to Paris, returning via Schipol. My experience is summarized below. Firstly i was not able to choose seats on my leg from Joburg to Heathrow due to some technical glitch. This meant that I would have to occupy the least favored seats on a 11 hour flight. The morning of my departure i was informed that there is a delay on this flight and that this meant that i would miss my connection to Paris. The delay was overnight and meant that I would miss all of my engagements for a whole day. After much effort from my side, we were moved to Lufthansa flights and arrived on time in Paris due to Lufthansa, not BA. On my return the BA flight from Schipol was 35mins late. This meant that i missed my connection flight from Heatrow to Joburg. After much effort from us, we could only be moved to an Ethiopian Air flight to Joburg with a stopover in Addis Ababa. I arrived in Joburg 7 hours later than originally booked and missed all of my meetings for this day. To add further insult to injury, my bags did not arrive and are still missing. BA is not able to assist. My original booking was for 4 BA flights, i ended up being on 2 Lufthansa flights, 2 Ethiopian air flights and one 45 min BA flight. Who knows if i will ever see my bag again. if you want a seamless experience, BA is not preferred.
