Im constantly been called when they know im keeping up to date with payment arrangements and yet i have a promise to pay. They also suspended my account due to the outstanding fees. It’s ok I’m studying elsewhere where I don’t get called ridiculously often . This college calls very regularly for updates on payments yet they know and can see the is a payment arrangement
I’m constantly been harassed and called for contracts when I don’t need any. Contract renewals or upgrades .

I didn't meet a bachelor pass in high school so i got delayed with studying. I found at the beginning of the year that a Higher certificate in Paralegal studies can articulate to an LLB and be accredited with 3 modules. So you only a Semester behind . The support we get is good . So far I obtained distinctions :)

To all that want to register at Oxbridge academy that may not be advised to any prospective students 1- The fees are sky high and unreasonable , please shop around and check for cheaper ones as 14k is too much considering you write department papers and the department issues the certificate 2- Phasing of the Nated (N4-N6) certificates the time may be too less to complete as the department is phasing and not offering these anymore 3- This is a business as well and they can chase for their money every single day even if you advise of payment month end No lectures, just textbooks and the same thing will be on their online portal Pros: They answer emails very promt they answer their calls as well promt

Every time i go to a branch to sort out an enquiry or an issue , almost all the consultants i visit whether in Umhlanga or Verulam FORCE me to do a credit check to see if i qualify for credit. in the Gateway mall branch i requested so many times on the 28th of January that i don't want any credit, she still put it through, another incident happened another lady called her supervisor to advise me to do a credit check to see if i qualify for credit or a loan and says that it is a requirement. Let me know by replying to my review so i can show them this . Its against my interest and will and i will close my bank account or call the ombudsman since the only excuse they can provide is that it doesn't affect my credit score, i don't care what you'll say , i don't want any beat around the bush when i go to any branches and waste time and if i don't want a credit check done , you'll cant force me
Once again i am here for Cellc endless headache I have a direct debit set out for the 30th and they attempted to take a payment on the 28th . I dont use that number but i use it on a spare phone and its always off and use that nunber for whatsapp. Either way i dont understand why cell. Is full of ******* i get paid month end ye they attempt a payment on the 28th . Now i must a missed payment on my credit score ? I want this rectified or im going to the ombudsman . Its so easy for big companies to take advantage of their customers and we cant do anything about it . Because in south africa there is no such thing as customer service
I only joined a week and I am been harassed by your call center agents . Please do not call me at all for insurance. If I need one , I would definitely call but you can't disturb me .otherwise I will then complain to the ombudsman for annoying me
