Service paid and unactivated after 24hours a huge inconvenience for me .
I paid for service on time but they keep sending threats demanding more payment . I dont understand why they do this its so unprofessional. Demanding money yet service was paid for i even sent pop, im so tired of this
My services have been discontinued again for absolutely no reason . This is ftwr they did the same thing a few weeks ago. I don't blame them , I blame myself for ever utilising metrofibre because this is not a once off thing but has happened numerous times. Imagine working from home and having such an unreliable service provider . I'm so tired, please anyone recommend any other service provider
Wifi has been switched off out of nowhere. I'm not happy . Don't recommend
have a profile with them under my name Tracey Moyo and asked them multiple times to take it down for my own private reasons . Consultant lies multiple times claiming it has been deleted. Its been weeks and its still up . They are liers
I paid and sent pop still not activated my services . Its so frustrating . They can swtich off your service and take decades to reactivate it . I dont recommend it at all

i have an urgent order from shein BUFZA6HL12397TAYQ , then buffalo doesnt even call me to let me know of the delivery instead they return it without any notifivation , you call them they make you wait 30minutes till the line drops . BULL **** SERVICE EVER AND I WANT MY ORDER , HOW DO YOU RETURN MY ORDER WITHOUT TRYING TO CALL ME FIRST

i BOUGHT A NEW STARTER PACK FROM MTN , FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW , YESTERDAY I REALISED I CANT MAKE CALLS , I THEN PHONE THEM AND THE CONSULTANT SAYS SINCE I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH MTN ITS AN ERROR ON THEIR SIDE SHE HAS UNSUSPENDED THE LINE , OKAY FINE . I WAKE UP THIS MORNING THE LINE IS STILL SUSPENDED , I CALL MTN AND A CONSULTANT SAYS SYSTEM IS DOWN . I CANT TELL YOU HOW THE LEVEL OF INCIMPETENCE HAS INCONVENIENCED ME , NO REASON FOR SUSPENDINGA NUMBER THAT HAS NO ACCOUNT WITH THEM , I WISH I GOT VODACOM OR CELL C , . MTN IS THE WORST
