Amazing experience with Lions & Tigers, accommodation & food. WoW!!!
What an amazing experience & amazing hosts, Justin Fernandes & Rosa Fernandes,the food is so amazing! The feeding tour was incredible, so much info I would never had known & the room with a view right into the beautiful Tiger Terra’s enclosure. WoW!!!! We were treated like King & Queen, will definitely be going back.

Total scam, don't purchase anything from Value Grande Holidays or Jerome De Villiers!
Jerome De Villiers from Value Grande Holidays advertised timeshare at Club Mykonos in Langebaan, at 1st he request 50% deposit, we negotiated to 25% deposit which was done and confirmed, unfortunately we haven't received the guest certificate & he has been giving us the run around with different excuses, eventually I asked for my money back and I'm still waiting. He scammed us by making a booking at Club Mykonos however he never paid them & was cancelled.

Excellent, amazing & friendly service at Vaal River Lodge & Spa
What an absolutely amazing experience at the Vaal River Lodge and Spa, no request was too big for any of the staff, they were always accommodating & willing to go above and beyond for anything that we asked for. The service was truly excellent, the rooms were really incredible and the resort itself is kept in premium condition, very clean & well manicured gardens. The staff treated us like family, thank you to Laurel Young the owner that was always checking up & a phone call away as well as Angie the manager that was also a phone call away for any requests & requirements & went above & beyond for all our guests & I really mean anything. Thanks to Chevonne & the rest of the support staff for also going above & beyond for everything & being so friendly, we really appreciated it!!!!!!

Excellent and friendly service at Pandora in Sandton City
What an amazing experience at the Pandora store in Sandton City, a special mention for Hayley, she assisted me and was so friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks so much Hayley, you made me a very happy customer & will definitely be back. Also the store had a huge selection with all the latest in stock. Thanks again!

Huge thank you with excellent service at iStore Sandton City
I am so highly impressed with the Apple iStore in Sandton City, the staff were extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable and willing to go above, beyond and out of their way to assist in every way. It was month end and the store was extremely busy but still the staff went out of their way. I like to specially mention the store manager Simon, he was so busy running around trying to assist everyone with a smile on his face and managed the staff & his own conduct very well at their peak time in the store without getting frustrated. Thank you so much!!! :-)

Great, efficient and friendly service at the home affairs in Randburg
What a pleasant surprise and experience at the department of home affairs in Randburg, everyone was very helpful & extremely efficient. We had to apply for 2 new passports & renew/apply for new ID card. Although forms and payment was made online which helped we were in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you for the great experience.
