Poor customer service
Bad customer service Cash converters Woodmead, has bad customer service experience. Ladies Workers, are unfriendly. Mme Tjale and Matome are the best 👌. They were willing to assist. Bought a stove there, but I doubt I'll go back there. Unfriendly, unwelcoming and lack of interest.

The first consultation with William was amazing
The first consultation with William was amazing. He took me through the process. Explained in depth and answered all my questions. He made understand the process. He was not judgemental, nor short tempered. He was soo good 👍🙏. I honestly thank him.I then had a second call from Noku Moshwana, amazing. They are there for a reason. Not because they didn't have a choice. They enjoy what they are doing. Keep it up. Yoo. Am happy 😊
