I just want to thank the FNB team for being so diligent at making me fear banking. It seems if anyone has a grudge against you or even if anyone wants to ***** you all they need to do is buy from you claim it was a ripoff and ask for their money back. Cause even when i provide all evidence. And even when the police case number they provided me was closed. The bank still finds me “guilty” while i am not and no one else did. They never rep**** asking for more evidence. But instead on day one the investigator told me i am guilty. I asked for call logs and the bank is also ignoring this request. Im truly shocked. I use to say this is the best bank.
Ive been emailing 5 people at FNB. Or atleast replying to an email they originally sent. Yet no reply. Ive been struggling with FNB keeping my money in escrow after ive sent all the proof and still no reply. This morning i woke up and the bank STOLE my money. Still no reply or explanation. Absolutely bull****. Hellopeter team assured me a month ago i will get help yet nothing.
FNB ****mers. My bank was blocked due to investigation based in false allegations. I have no way of accessing funds or any benefit from my account. But the bank is still monthly deducting fees for “admin”. I called to complain and was basically told to just deal with it nothing can be done since i still have an account. The Account Is Frozen. I don’t have an account.
Ive been ****med before and was unable to get the bank to be cooperative and block the ****mers bank account. Yet someone has blocked my account, the bank not notify me that the client might be a ****mer, and the funds withdrawn. Then i get told that i should "Wait" someone will contact me. Don’t they get that i run a business. This service has truly shocked me and i don’t appreciate this experience at all.
Worst Courier Ever. They keep saying "Failed Delivery - No One Home".... Mean while their drivers just stop here and drive away. Never call or ring doorbell.
Would rate them worse. I placed an order on the 15th. On the 23rd i recieve a sms saying it will be delievered on the 30th. I don’t get any package on 30th. I then proceed to write to them. Only recieving a reply on the 2nd saying they will find out and let me know. I hear nothing. I then proceed to follow up again until on the 3rd they tell me sorry but youll maybe recieve it on the 6th. SO unhappy with this service
My Capitec Business was wrongfully terminated. They told me if i have a problem to take it up with their Legal team by sending an email. I emailed a bunch of times now with no responses. This is a joke. I cant believe they call themselves professionals. NO Due Dilligence at all!!!
Promises Promises Promise. These people promise to make our lives less hassle. Yet they scratched my car on the side and at the back and now refuse to do anything about it. They break the CPA and think i will allow them to get away with it. I think not. This is an absolute joke
Terrible. They closed one of my cases without consulting me. Ive been trying to contact the person dealing with my case since it was opened and they have been ignoring me. This has cost me a lot of money and i didnt even do anything wrong. They were apparently informed by standard bank and never informed me that the money will not be returned and this is unacceptable. They are lining the pockets of a ******* corporation.
Standard Bank. The Bank we all trusted. One of the major banks in SA is actually just a ****. They have held my money and refuse to answer me when requesting answers or them to pay it out. They ignore repeated attempts to contact them and even when taking them to the ombudsman you get no answers. This is truly shocking
