I ordered on pnp asap for store PNP Zevenview Sunday at 12h03 and by 13h40 it was not packed yet. I spoke to Lyle and he packed and prepared the order for me so I collected the order myself. On app at 14h45 I see the app shows order is delivered to me and I was still charged the R35 no credit was given back to me on my app. I logged the call on Monday 10h11 an Abdul emailed me back to say they will investigate. I am still waiting on them no else was in touch. Pnp is usually on point with the customer service but somewhere the communication has failed#BlackFriday

I was just assisted today15h44 by Jessie at School & Leisure at Tygervalley and her service was excellent. She helped us with my son's school clothes and her eye measurements was on point if I made add. In and our we were without any issues. In a very long time I left a store so happy and satisfied with someone service. This is employees that you look after she is definitely leadership material on the way she interact and just everything. I am very impressed with her
I went to Woolworths in Zevenwacht Mall to do an exchange because on the same day I was at Tygervalley and bought the wrong school shoe sizes for my 2 boys. I went straight to the shoes got the write sizes and went to the till. The customer service staff assisted me without any hesitation. They took the shoes and change it for bigger sizes. They were friendly and very helpful. #Black Friday
On Thursday morning I went to De Jagers Willow Bridge to exchange a shorts I bought at Vredenburg mall. When I purchased the short the lady at the mall told me that because I don't live in Vredenburg I am more than welcome to exchange it at any store, because I bought the shorts for my husband and was not sure if he would like the fit. I was in the area of Willow bridge and decided that I would exchange it there for a Jacobs pants because my husband always wears those shorts as he didn't like the fit I bought him. Was I in for a suprise when I entered the store. I approached the till area and a young man short man assisted me I explained I don't have a slip to exchange and he said he can't help us. So I told him I have it on my banking app of he could call Vredenburg store. He told me with a really bad attitude that they he can phone them but it could take long before they send the slip. I told him if he could call I will wait. The he told me the shorts has a fade in front and back and their shorts don't look like that as if I kept it in the sun to fade. I was already irritated with this guy because If you don't want to help us call your manager but he went on and on why he can't exchange it and it will be written off at their stores lost as if this is my problem. I bought it like that and just needed the slip because I want to exchange it. Bearing in mind I am a loyal customer of DeJagers for years and are in their stores every month to buy something and haven't exchange anything yet if I could recall. He got so furious with as and said ok I'll go to the manager and I show you that she will say the same thing. I was schocked because there was 2 other staff members also at the till area none of them told him to calm down and call the manager. He the went to the manager showed her the pants and she then told us that the shorts was sold by them like that and will be reduced and we were fine by that. She then called Vredenburg and they send her the slip in minutes and the exchange was done. I paid in because the shorts I wanted was more. The store manager didn't even apologized to me after I told her I was unhappy about his attitude. Just because we are the same race doesn't mean you don't have to give me the service you give to all the other customers. The other customer in the store was treated much better than us. The guy that helped us didn't stopped bickering with us he went on and on. I was disgusted in the way I was treated just because I am a women doesn't mean I have to be talked down to because that is how I felt. I will never go to that store again.
On Thursday morning I was at Tygervalley PEP was looking for a blue school shirt. When I came in I notice there was no blue shirts. So I went to the pay and there was no cashier but saw a lady busy hanging clothing on the rack. So I approrach her and ask her if she could show me where the blue shirts are. First of all she did even acknowledge me and while I was talking she was still going about her business. She said they don't have and the guys busy unpacking the cellphone interrupted and told us they only stock the surrounding areas school uniform. So that I understood but this lady was not even interested in talking to us it look like we distributed her. PEP really have to look into training their staff om customer service first the area the store is in I was expecting exceptional service in the first place. I wasn't really happy when I left not that i didn't get what I wanted to purchase but for people thinking they because we the same color they do not have to give us the service we deserve.
I just want to compliment Robyn Lea Appliance department manager for her outstanding customer service delivery on the 20/12/2021 Our fridge was delivered and when technician uboxed to remove fridge doors we noticed a dent on the side. I logged the call by the customer service and they advised me that I can call the store directly to speed up the process. I spoke to Robyn and she made sure that we had a frigde delivered today with a job number for technician to remove doors so that fridge can be moved into our house. The fridge she arranged needed to be sourced for available stock so I know she made a great effort for the fridge to be in time before the christmas.
Online service dissapointed ordered my package on 05 November still processing. Have called 5 times to the call centre emailed them theybwould have called me back but no one comes back to me. I don't even know what the issue is when i asked they just have no answer #211105-001-0647
I purchased a pair of black tekkies for my 4 year old price r129.99 in Cape Gate PEP 2 Saturdays back few days after the tekkie got loose on the toes side both and on top by the laces. I then went to my nearest PEP that is Zevenwacth Mall and exchange it for a blue pair also R129.99 on Saturday 19/08/2021 few days after and it again loose by the laces and that’s how the other one also started. My son is not on crèche so he is at home whole dat and barely wear shoes and he place in the house or in the yard. So is not that he is even wearing everyday. I am very disappointed in the quality and will be purchasing a better quality tekkie at a sport shop. I don’t want to exchange tekkies anymore I want my money back. I don’t want to go argue with store staff or anything that’s why I am writing to hello peter I need to speak to the manager or area manager to assist
Good day Installation was done yesterday but I need supersonic to send a tech with router to install asap so that I can use my fibre line. I work from home and this is urgent.
