The most annoying company ever, so unprofessional and disrespectful. The harassment that you’ll get is out of this world 🤮
Their online service is horrible, and their response via email is unprofessional and whack. They ****med me my money and don’t want to refund me, they either ignore my email and when they decision respond after days, they lie about my money being provided. It’s been almost a month of them processing my money.
I referred a colleague to andowl South Africa after my successful transition with them. My colleague made a purchase with full payment on 15 July 2024, and Andowl promised to deliver in 14 days. Weeks and a month passed by without the delivery, they’re now ignoring her WhatsApp messages and email. My reputation is now ruined at work as people believe that I’m part of Andowl ****, this is affecting me negatively!
I returned the purchased goods bought through online shopping, the seller proceeded to refund me with my method of pay which was PayJustNow. What they did was to put the money into my profile wallet, and couldn’t refund me back into my bank account. I sent an email requesting to withdrawal from the wallet into my bank account as I need the money. They sent me steps, which I followed. Suddenly there was another email sent to me saying the process was not completed and I must send bank account verification. I did that but they still kept quite even after several follow up emails. I just hope that I was not not ****med because they were sending all these emails with different adresses. Their return process is a nightmare!
As if it’s not hard to get hold of them, the agent was rude and screaming at me. She was talking over me while I was busy talking and explaining my enquiry. I had to raise my voice and be rude in order for her to calm down. Their system is a mess and their employees are *********** 🥵
