I purchased some Roti , and to my surprize they mixed new roti and and terribly old roti with green stuff all over , I have pictures - Please be wary of there food, as its not always fresh.
My husband went to buy an alternator yesterday, and we had the mechanic fit in the alternator in straight after the purchase, The alternator was faulty and made a loud noise, so we called Goldwagon Wynberg on the 27th Jan, only for them to tell us they cannot refund us until they are done checking whose fault is it for the alternator not working, which is a 2week process, we explained we require this part and when my husband purchased it no one advised in such a case what would happen, I am terribly unhappy about that service, we then needed to to buy another alternator as 2weeks is just too long!
Best service, I called for a part I couldn't find around Jhb I called this company and spoke to a guy by the name of Damian who was so help fast service Loved the experience and would recommend it 👌
Worst experience I ever had I went to lay bye what I had seen on their catalog which they were currently advertising and I was told to call 3 days before I remove my day bye which is exactly what I did when I got there I was told they had no stock I needed to wait till Month end which I couldn't do so I asked them to check if they had stock in different branches I was told there that there's no stock so I asked why is this in the catalog if you guys don't have stock and they couldn't answer me anyways I managed to get a a bed and a headboard at the store the rest of the items I required was out of stock and they could not track stock for me.I asked for delivery on Saturday on Friday afternoon I called as the weather was a bit cold I asked the lady that I spoke to to please hold on the delivery Saturday came and the driver had my items loaded on his van it was drizzling and I asked him if the the lady at the store didn't tell him not to deliver he said there was no message relayed to him. I was very unhappy about the stock about the customers service about the manager that assisted me and the mere fact that they let my furniture come out of the store why it was drizzling this fair price is in Johannesburg Pritchard and rissik street
Hi I had taken my vehicle to Car Care Clinic Honeydew on the 17 May 2024 for a major service, I was then called with a quote of R 8 825.99 I was told the major thing was to sort out my seals and he also said i need to recondition my turbo which for me made no sense as my car had the turbo conditioned 2 months before the major service so i asked the gentleman to remove the reconditioning of the quote hence the R 8 825.99 , I would assume when the car is in for a major service everything is checked, My car came back the same to be honest, I few days later to took it to the turbo place where there did a full diagnostic on my car where i found out my manifold was damaged and needed to be replaced I would not recommend anyone taking there vehicle there as the full diagnostics are not done
I was literally ****** of R11 000, from Webuycars. I saw a vehicle on the website and went to Webuycars, Germiston branch on the 14 December 2023. I checked car and did test drive and it seemed fine. The DEKRA report also was extremely good, and only two minor faults were on it. As a single mother who bought a previous car from Webuycars and felt it was a good buy, I was a returning customer. Upon inspection and help from a good salesman, I decided then to trade my great car that was bought previously from Webuycars, a year before in and buy the new one. So I sold it at price they gave me, and added the balance on the new car. I drove home, and parked car. The following day on the 15, was traveling to secunda, 131 kilometres from jhb. The car went about 70km then started loosing power. I had to end up driving 20-40km just to get to my destination with hazards on yellow line, as I only left Johannesburg afternoon around 3, got to my destination about 7pm. On the 16th I called Webuycars and got the issue logged. Had to then organise and take out of pocket money to get the car loaded and transported back to Johannesburg. The following day 17th first thing I went to Webuycars, of which manager (Tyler) asked me to bring the car and they will check it or refund me. But as it was a Sunday, he said they will on Monday morning. On Monday I went again at 11.15 am. As didn't get call from them by 10 as promised, as was suppose to already have left Joburg on holiday. When I got there car was still on the premises. They then tried to arrange it to go to a workshop, to find fault. Around 2pm was still waiting there. I then told the manager Margo, I prefer refund as noticed my car that I traded was still there for sale with a R11k mark-up. Eventually they agreed to refund me, then I had to purchase my old car with R11 000 more as they put a R11 000 mark-up on old car that they profited from, plus the R2000 service fee, that I got a horrible deal. I was ******, as the only reason I traded my car was for the new one based on their DEKRA report. It meant that because of them I lost R11 000 + service fee, as I only traded my car based on their report and had to end up paying more to buy my old reliable car back. I also had to travel far, so I couldn't risk to change the car for another considering experience I just had. As I was taking possession of my car, I noticed my speaker was also ****** from it. I brought this up and they said they going to check cameras as buyers report had that car came with speakers too. Eventually they put a speaker for me. But I'm not happy with being ****** like this by them. I lost alot of money because of them that they profited from me. I was also a returning customer, this really left a bad impression and I will definitely warn others on all media and social channels now.
I am very unhappy about the service I received from Buffalo, My order from Shein was ready for dispatched on the 16 Nov 2023, note from Buffalo was order is in dispatch, I later received an email stating I reschedule the delivery - which I did not do , and is a complete lie from Buffalo Logistics ,On the 17th Nov 2023 I receive a call from Buffalo logistics on this number 010 510 9307, and the consultant was rude telling me yes they made the note themselves and Buffalo did not need to contact me what she is telling me is thy can only deliver on the 18 Nov 2023 , I then questioned her and all she could say was MXM and she dropped the call. I am a very unhappy client.
