I have been signed up for that Clientele rewards perks thing. I did not approve a debicheck mandate but when I checked my debichecks it was already approved. I cannot get anyone from the call centre to cancel this thing and I really din't want it. I don't need it. I must say, I am highly disappointed with the service I got and would NEVER EVER EVER recommend Clientele to anybody!!!!! I was told that it would be cancelled and that if I was debited, the money would be refunded into my account, that still hasn't been done and I am now struggling to get through to anybody who can assist me.
This is specifically for Toyota Freeway Ormonde. I purchased a vehicle there in July of 2024, I enquired with the sales person who assisted me about a spare key and he told me that the key would be sent to me within 2 weeks. It's been 5 months now and I'm still waiting for my key. This specific man isn't answering my calls and he isn't responding to my WhatsApp texts.
I bought a vehicle from Freeway Toyota in Ormonde in July 2024 and I am still to get my spare key. The sales person who assisted me has been dodging and avoiding my calls and has not responded to my WhatsApp messages since September 2024.
I submitted a claim in February and am still to hear from Admin Plus. They have the worst service and I don't understand why it's so difficult to get a hold of them, or even for them to get back to us especially if I am paying for a certain service. Highly Highly disappointed!!!!!!!!
I am so disappointed in the service that I am yet to receive from Admin Plus. I submitted a claim mid February and it has already been a month now and still no communication from them. This is such a waste of money, energy and time. I pay for the service but it is not kicking in when I need it to. So disappointed!!!!!
