Pathetic municipality serves Pietermaritzburg. Call centre dysfunctional. Looks like it's manned by ghosts, as no one takes your calls. No water for 2 days now in Montrose and only God knows why....

Congratulations to Sign Studio, 9 Drummond Street, Pietermaritzburg, more so to Vicky and Michelle for the professional fitment of the stripes on my Renault Kiger Zen.
