Everything was fixed I'm now having access to my account well done to the team they fixed the error immediately
I've been trying to access my account it's been full 12 months now the system doesn't recognise my ID but when I log in it says ID already exist when I say forgot password it doesn't even send sms nor email I've sent countless emails to JOBJACK they said I should send my ID copy of which I did still I can't access my account it's been 12 full months I need to apply for other jobs Job Jack helped me finding employment before
Good Day On 11 June 2020 we as community we complaint about network issues we stay days without having network people are losing important calls because of network even the local school is failing to run daily activities because of network yet still today we haven't received any means from vodacon to solve this issue the only thing they did was to take 10 numbers of community members to test and escalated the matter and gave us this reference number "Dear Given, We have escalated your query to our Network Team, Reference number - A9-7S13-X4XV". So as a company don't you care about our community or we are that small that you don't even recognise us as people we can't even join zoom meetings or just to receive an sms. Still today we are having this issue

I have two contracts with mtn one for home wifi router and one for Huawei Nova 11i, I have cancelled the home WiFi router since the contract ended in September i called MTN to cancel and also sent email I even sent inbox on Twitter but they keep deducting money last month they deducted R1600 now this month I have received an sms stating they will deduct R1000 I mean Where's this money coming from I was supposed to pay R300 for my huawei nova 11i since I canceled the Router, I will never recommend someone to join mtn, you're a **** Shame after everything and confirmation that the Router was cancelled but you keep on taking my money from my Bank worst part I'm no longer working that's why I cancelled the home Router account 💔💔😭😭
I love Netstar and trust it but they don't provide me with good service my car was supposed to be fitted with a Tracker today I waited the whole day didn't even go to work but they did not come

Bidvest tyre Angel insurance is not good at all my tyres are finished likes they even show wires but they say they only cover when I have punctures actually they are waiting for me to have an accident 💔💔💔💔
Worst service ever I joined the scratch and Dent cover, but when I had to claim they kept telling me we'll give you a call within end of business day today that was last year November 2023 and I ended up logging a complain here then they ended up approving my claim I was claiming for interior now the cover says you covered to claim 4 times a up R20 000 that means R5000 per claim. Now it's July 2024 I'm doing an exterior claim for my Scratches on my Bumper on the car they reject it, like how come and I was quoted R4000 for it by their one of the service whom they sent me it's worst service shame I wouldn't recommend someone to join this insurance because everytime you have to fight in order to get their service but the keep taking your money every month I'm very disappointed I should have cancelled long time after I had first horrible service 💔💔💔💔
Bidvest Group tyre Angel insurance it's been five days full my car is sitting without tyres at home and everything was sent and received by an assessor the only I need from them it's an authorisation I can't go to work, I'm even tired of calling them because the airtime I use to call them can cover three months premiums. They don't have good customer service and they don't deliver their service don't ever think of joining tyre angel I'm so stressed don't even know what to do. Every time I call they take hours to pick up and when they finally pick up they say please hold so that I can talk to assessor then they hang up on me
