Harassment & Invasion of Privacy
Despite several requests to remove my contact details from their records, CSS Credit Solutions continue to contact me. I deal directly with the institution they claim to represent and there are no outstanding matters with that institution. I am about to report CSS Solutions for harassment and invasion of privacy. I doubt that they will contact me if they read this post.

Pathetic UIF claims processes!
When individuals submit their Unemployment Benefit Claims at Labour Centres, they are referred back to their previous employer to provide information that has already been submitted via Electronic Declarations, in paper format. WHY??? This is absolutely pathetic!!

Poor Client Service
The errors and delays in processing requests and turnaround times on queries is frustratingly slow. I'm definitely moving my business away from Computershare once the current issues have been resolved.
