Nathan Chetty called me to assist with my insurance and he was very friendly and helpful.
This place operates as a guesthouse in Kimberly. The owner is a very rude woman who doesn't respect her guests. She literally treats her guests as though she's doing them a favour by allowing them to stay in her guesthouse forgetting that guests pay to stay there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. She's very arrogant and rude.
I took my car in for repairs and I truly must say their work is exceptional. I had left a couple of items in my boot and they forgot to put them back when I collected my car but all was returned at a later stage. They are very professional and friendly. I was constantly updated and informed about the progress of the repairs. They are the best. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get their car fixed.
I took my car in for repairs. They did an amazing job in repairing it. I left an umbrella worth about R100 and a car care kit(those ones that come with a portable vacuum, cloths sponges and such) worth about R400. Those items were not the only thing inside the boot but I'm mentioning it because those are the items that we were ****** and it was only days later that I realised that because my husband brought it to my attention. I'd advice people not to leave anything in their cars because you might think it's in the boot it won't get in the way of them repairing damage that is in front of the car. But hey I learned the hard way that clearly my car was being fixed by *****s as opposed to people that fix cars.

City of Johannesburg Roodepoort is very useless to say the least. I had a signed payment plan with them which I was abiding to and making agreed payments on my municipal fees. They still cut my water supply even after I continued making payment. When my husband went to their offices they were not helpful saying our payments were picked late after being made as we were making payments via Checkers. So why implement a payment method that takes days to be picked on their system and considered to be non payment? We were told that there was nothing they could do to help us and that we needed to sign another payment plan. Right now we haven't had water in over 2 weeks and yet we continue to make payments. This is really not fair on us as we are paying citizens and yet our water is cut yet there's people who don't even bother and bridge their water supply and they have water which we don't have. City of Johannesburg Roodepoort needs to do better by its law abiding citizens.
I went to the Department Of Home Affairs in Randburg to register my child's birth and get her birth certificate. The service was amazing and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Of course there was a que which wasn't that long but the lady that managed the que did an exceptional job and I left there like I wasn't at a Home Affairs. Other home affairs offices should learn a thing or 2 from this particular Home Affairs. Well done to them.
The light skinned admin lady that works at the ANC (Antenatal Care) unit is very rude and unprofessional. Clearly she forgets that she's dealing with fragile and pregnant women where she is. Her Managers need to look into how she conducts herself to the public that go there to receive their ANC services.
IWYZE is really not just a **** but they are financial *****sters. I have a car insurance policy with them for my car. They debited the normal premium on the 28th of November 2023 which was fine. I was debited again shortly after on the 1st of December 2024 which was literally 3 days after the November 2023 debit. I enquired about that debit which was not meant to go off and till today I haven't received any feedback on my query as to whether or not I'm getting my money back or even an acknowledgement of their error. Today the 19th of December 2023 I get an SMS from them saying they will debit my premium earlier than usual and they will be tracking my account from the 22nd. How are they saying they will debit earlier when they've already debited for the month of December when they debited on the 1st, oh and I can't stop the debit because they have a system which doesn't allow or give banks access to stop or dispute a debit from them. If that's not being ****s and *****sters I don't know what it is. They are the WORST financial services company to have any product from. I want to cancel my policy from them effective immediately as they have debited for this month and now they want to debit my account again.
iWyze is a ****. They debited my car insurance premium on the 28th of November 2023 which is the monthly debit date I agreed to. They debited again on the 1st of December 2023 which is yesterday and this is not a debit date I agreed to. I called them and spoke to an agent by the name of Ntombi who wasn't at all helpful as she told me the only debit date showing on her side is the one on the 28th of November 2023. So clearly they are ****mers that ***** people's money. That debit that went off yesterday was my last money meant to keep me going until I get paid again. I want my money back and iWyze is not being helpful. I can't even reverse the debit as I did the Debi check on my banking app but the debicheck was for the 28th not the 1st. I'm not happy with their service at ALL.
