My experience thus far has been extremely disheartening your team has failed to respond to emails, and the overall level of service has been unacceptably poor. At this point, I no longer wish to proceed with any of my current orders. Please cancel order 13250 & 13151 with immediate effect and process any applicable refunds. I regret giving your service a chance, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks
Im so disappointed with Debonairs plaza I went there today around 1 and the cashier didn't even show any interest of being a cashier nje!!! she just told me they don't have small size pizza's even though i tried to ask for options she was just ****ed off and could not wait for me to leave. Well I left and ordered online and collected the very same thing i wanted to order, Please up skill your game, whether we ordering R30 pizza or not treat customers the same.
They registered my complaint with MTN regarding my 24 months data contract and we did not get help , they took it further to the Ombudsman My concern was resolved within 2 days .Thank you Scorpion my heart is full. :)
My contract expired in December 2022, I canceled and requested to close it January the 28th 2023, it only takes 3 days for an account to be closed but the left it open untill February the 17th its in arrears of an amount of R2000, they benefiting from being ********* or they need to be retrained to read their system. Im very dismayed
I went to Neovision Centurion Mall a week ago, I'm so happy about the service experience with them and the assistant that helped me choose a frame was so friendly, I collected my spectacles today I'm so happy and id recommend them to anyone who's interested in visiting the Centurion mall branch 😀😀😀😀😀
