MTN, the worst company to be associated with. Glad I cancelled my contract now. Never will I go back. Day light *******!!!!!!
Late in Dec 2021, I requested a cancellation of my DSTV subscription because I have other means / platforms for viewing purposes. DSTV was terminated on 31st Jan 2022 - Happy with that.....Huh, deduction by Multichoice on 1st Feb 2202 from my account. Immediately on the phone to them and after some apologising they said they would credit my account with the premium. Happy with that because it was done. Mar 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, I checked my account and no deduction. Happy chappy now. Apr 2nd, I checked my account and lo and behold Multichoice deducts R1401 from my account....What The $%#@.......For what!!!!!!....So I called and the chappy on the other side says he will log it...........No reference number, nothing.....only got an sms to rate his service....HELL NO
On 23 Nov 2021 I requested a cancellation of one my contracts. I followed up the beginning of Jan 2022 to find out if it was done. To my dismay I was told that my contract ends in Feb 2023 - I took out this contract about 6 years ago.....what!!! After a number of calls and email correspondence (and a MTN complaint process) I was told that it will be cancelled and back dated to Nov 2021 - as there was a mistake on their side (I have the email correspondence). I checked my bank account on the 1st Feb 2022 and to my utter horror, I see that my account has been debited yet again. I am tired now of wasted time AND AIRTIME.
On 29/05/2020 I purchased R150 electricity via the Nedbank website. The amount was deducted from my account but I never received my coupon via SMS even tho I waited until the next day. So I purchased another R150 the morning of the 30/05/2020 and I received that coupon. After numerous calls and reference numbers I was sent from post to ponder. A coupon was then sent to me on 2 occasions. The first occasion I was sent the same coupon which I received for the purchase of 30/05/2020...WHICH I ALREADY USED CLEVER PEOPLE!!!....made more phone calls, spoke to team leaders etc. I was sent another coupon but when I entered that one, which was accepted, there were no units loaded on there. I then logged a formal complaint on 17/06/2020 and someone called me back......and now everything is mum...My bladdy patience is running out..........THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED....A BUNCH OF USELESS PEOPLE WORKING THERE!!!!!!
In January 2014, I decided to have a solar geyser installed. Did some research and came across a company (reputable and an Eskom approved installer) that claimed that their geysers were among the best on the market and that the geysers are German made and imported from that country. Had it installed at a cost of R29000. Since then I have had endless problems with this make of geyser at times 4/5/6 times a year due to leaking valves - (vacuum and relief valves). The geyser was even replaced in 2017 because of these inferior components. If ever anybody wants to install a solar geyser, please stay away from a Solartech or Solsquare geyser.....STAY AWAY......STAY AWAY. You'll be 100 times better off going for a locally made geyser......I promise you....My geyser is leaking now as I am writing this complaint and I am considering removing it and going back to my electric geyser. Unfortunately Hellopeter does not allow you to select zero for a rating.

Will not buy from them again, Ordered and paid for an item on 25th Nov 2017. I was then notified that item will be delayed by 3-5 working days, which I accepted. After this period elapsed, I went onto their site to track the order and saw that it was delayed by another week. I sent emails with them apologizing. Then I see that it was handed over to the courier on 6th Nov, so I sent an email on the 7th to find out whats happening. I get a reply and the consultant tells me that item was not handed over to the courier. I call and they say, there is no stock. I call again spoke to someone else and she says the item is in the warehouse. So I ask if I can pick it up from there....No you can't is the reply. By this time I know they are BS me.Bunch of liars. I ask to speak to the manager and the contact details. They say the manager will call me back.......................still waiting
