I am so fed up with this company. It is my second time having this company treat me in this manner after giving them another chance since I always had great service from them. I ordered 3 items. One arrived in the wrong size. It was picked up quickly and sent back to them. Corresponded with customer service and was told they do not have the size I ordered. I was told I have the choice of a refund or choose another item but would not receive the discounts I received on my first purchase which I thought was totally unfair. This whole situation took a month to resolve which was ridiculous due to lack luster communication from their side. They seriously need to improve their stock availability.
I have been trying to get hold of your customer service through email and the chat on the app and have not received one single form of communication besides BOT messages saying they are experiencing high chat volumes. This is so bad from customer service.
I must express my disappointment with Boardriders. I placed my order in good faith, expecting my items to be available as advertised. Only after a long delay was I informed that one of the item is out of stock. Funny thing is I am still seeing this item listed as available on their site. Had I not sent an email to let them know that the item was not in my package they would not have mentioned anything to me. While I understand that their team has been busy with an office relocation, it’s quite frustrating to experience such a delay without prior communication about the stock issue. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment, especially since I had been looking forward to receiving this particular item. Now I have asked for a return on a item that doesn't fit and they have let me know that its my responsibility to courier the item to them. There is not even an option to return it to a Boardriders store which I just don't understand. Possibly the worst service I have ever received.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mweb. My internet has been down, and I tried using their Live Chat option to get assistance. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for over an hour without any response, completely ignored the whole time. The issue remains unresolved, and the lack of support is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect quicker response times and a proper resolution when there are service interruptions.

I recently placed an order, paid for my item and only to be informed after the fact that the item was out of stock. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since there was no indication on the website that the product was unavailable. To their credit, the company responded with an apology and offered a choice between a refund, credit note, or selecting another item. While I appreciate the gesture and the professional tone of their response, the situation should never have occurred in the first place. Customers should be able to trust that what is shown as available is actually available. It’s basic service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made to avoid this kind of experience for others in the future.
