On Friday, 31 July 2025, I had the worst travel experience with EgyptAir at Cairo International Airport. I was rushing through heavy traffic to catch a direct flight to Johannesburg, but the check-in counter staff were shockingly unhelpful and unprofessional. They were unfriendly, argued loudly in Arabic in front of passengers, and worked painfully slowly, with a clear “don’t-care” attitude. Their tardiness caused me to miss my flight, despite arriving in time to make it if they had done their jobs efficiently. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I will never fly EgyptAir again and will warn other travelers to think twice before booking with this airline.
Our company has been offline on the VOIP telephone for the past 3 weeks. Telkom is the most horrible service provider. We will have to cut our service, even if we risk contract breach.
This is the worse app, ever used. It always shows that limit has been reached, then we need to restart all our devices. Miss the radio channels as per the days of the decoders. DSTV you are losing sales and not doing well. Let your app developers use the same technology like the Netflix and Showmax apps, and drastically improve the app. Its always a struggle getting into the app - it is definitely not user friendly.

Telkom Business account needs to be closed and moved to a new account with a VOIP Phone. Now Telkom is exhorting money from me by let me pay for two accounts. Emails have been send but no reply. This is not good customer service and treating a small business. I need urgent response on my account queries and emails sent to Telkom> Q: When will we receive the VOIP phone to connect to the new router? Q: When will you terminate the current account in order for us not to pay for two accounts at the same time? If not resolved, we are happy to go to another service provider. Urgent response is needed.
We have been members of the Holiday Club since 2003. This is the worst experience. We checked into a unit at Margate Beach Club—four sleepers. It looks like a student apartment. We are very disappointed. We never stayed in such a small unit for all these years. There is no oven; the sleeper couches for the two children are not sleeper couches, like we know a sleeper couch. It becomes a bit of a holiday from hell.
