The state veterinary in Alberton is a disgrace, they do what they want when they want while eating KFC, VERY unprofessional. If one date is filled in incorrectly you have to pay again and fill in new forms there and then!! What BS is that, more KFC money?
Whatever you do, do NOT sign up with a company that is sooooo ***********. I can't even say BAD service because there is none!!! Try abd get hold of them I dare you, and if they get back to you within 30days of very poor internet, the agent tells you that he will get the technical guys to contact you... Boooom 2 weeks later, nothing. BUT your money gets taken every month!!
Guys, when you have a family member who has appointed Absa as their executors when they pass away, know this!! TO GET ANSWERS AND FEEDBACK is almost impossible unless the person had a lot of money I suppose.
Absa is the executor of my friends last will and testament, how do they put it? It takes 24 Hours to help you. We have been forwards and backwards since Monday and we are still nowhere, not even the branch can assist you and tells you to email the stuff. My question is they are getting paid to do this? Where are the help and respect for the decease and you who has no clue where to start!!
Customer service??? They do not have it, if I knew this I would never have signed up.
I have to say, once a company gets to this size, clients become numbers. I stood at a sales counter at Boksburg on Saturday for what felt like 40min. 3 stations but 1 person working his butt off. I have hip issues, so I had to leave the store. For two days now I am sending emails without any replies. So, I send another email to an address I found online complaining that I am not getting feedback. I received a reply within 3 minutes asking me to send my email to the address I was using for two days. Guys rather support the smaller guys where your money and time is appreciated!! My feeling is that there are so many people in positions at some of these stores, just to receive a pay cheque each month.
My friend Andrew works in America and trusted these guys who sold him a 2018 Nissan Navara D/C 4X4 Auto online. I had to take delivery on his behalf, and I send it back twice for a lack of power, no jack, no spanners etc. Now after about 200Km's this vehicle has broken down and I am waiting for an outside mechanic to prognose the issue. This vehicle is soooo messed up it is not funny. Be careful!!
I have too much to say about my 28 years with Vodacom. They just can't seem to get it right. SO SO SAD!!

I have to say, I knew Mr Ferreira snr personally and he ran this company with a fist. I called on Sunday to get a price for a ticket firstly, and secondly where can I drop a driver in Gauteng to go to PE. The phones just rings non stop, no answer. I am driving around looking for the bus stop in Midrand, while my wife calls and eventually gets through. By the time she calls me and tells me she got through and the tickets are R1200. I tell her I found it and I am buying a ticket as we speak. Now 5min later its R1400 a ticket. So the driver is on the bus with his ticket, all is good. Today I get hold of Intercape to ask why, I am told on the whatsapp line, that if I cannot provide the ticket number they cant assist me. I say but the driver had the ticket, and he says they took it from him on the bus. I only have my proof of payment, Thank you sir for using Intercape.... case closed!!! THATS THE REPLY!! SERIUOSLY??
