I bought a bed in march 2025 in December 2025 the springs started coming out, I contacted Monique on WhatsApp, completed and submitted the warranty form, they have still not responded
I purchased a bed in march 2025 which states has 15 year warranty, the spring is coming out, was asked to send through the warranty claim , which I did then chatted to Monique she said in 3 days they will come fetch the mattress, I asked where am I supposed to sleep until they repair it, never got a response
I purchase on line, had issues with the incorrect address, I Simphiwe gama contacted me after I complained, she advised that everything is sorted, still no delivery. I sent numerous emails however no response,Makro does not value there customers, such disappointing service
I purchased online and however did not change my address, I immediately sent the support team an email explaining and provided them the correct address , they sent the delivery out with the incorrect information and the courier refused to deliver even though I explained, a consultant from Makro callled me and I explain, she say I should rather cancel and reorder yet I already paid. The poor support I received is totally unacceptable from such a big business, there system does not even allow me to amend the address. They clearly not customer friendly
My daughter met in an accident on the 2 May till this day the vehicle has not been repaired. They sent it to a panel beater name Olympic and when I called there to enquire I spoke to a lady by the name of Nadia who was so rude I refused to call there again, how does OUTsurance source there suppliers, and when will the vehicle be repaired. So disappointed
They are the most horrible service provider, from the time I had them install never stopped having issues, it’s been a week still no assistance
I placed 2 orders with Makro, the first order was paid and completed and have all my items. On my second order I was not happy with the order which I returned to Makro, they then refunded payflex. Payflex then credited the order which was paid in full and still taking money for items I don’t have. I have tried contacting them for assistance however they lack understanding.. now I’m still paying for items from Makro that I don’t have. I have sent payflex my bank statement as well.. they so ***********
Care&mfc sent me an email stating they do not have our insurance plan for the vehicle therefore will be charging us about R800, we then sent them our insurance plan on the 13 December, then contacted them telephonically and spoke to refeliwe who stated that the documents was received and they will cancel the added amount and if it goes through they will reverse it . our account was debited and no reversal was done, contacted mfc today the lady tells us they did not receive the documents and cannot check the inbox if the email was sent, as they cannot back check, refused to take accountability , then asked to speak to team leader they put me on hold for half an hour i eventually cut the call.
Imm does not explain to the students when they have a query. I was accused of plagiarism and for not in being on the app for more than 5 mins yet the assignment did not require the use of the app, I have asked IMM to explain and to prove that I used someone’s else material as well as a copy of my marked paper and to show me my mark allocation, only to receive sorry they made a mistake regarding the app comment. I asked to view my marked paper and to show me how they reached that mark, I received no response. Some students got zero for plagiarism yet they were given the opportunity to write supplementary and others that was accused have to redo the module, Imm cannot explain this.. with Imm they don’t care.. students are tired and just paying in order to finish there degree. Don’t use this institution in my opinion it feels like a money making institution. They accused me I want to see proof,
