how does one give 0 starts for any kind of support. been over a year and still waiting for Home-Connect to call me regarding support. Strangely, the called when I cancelled...
They happy to take money our your account 2 days before payday. when you don't have an overdraft you suddenly find yourself in the red. o
Albeit the front desk service was good and they followed up, the repairs themselves was awful. I still had parts they failed to put back, did not repair all the damage that was marked to be repaired, and had over spray on the inside and outside of the car. Don't be fooled when they say your vehicle is at QC. Whoever is running QC should be fired. Would never go back there.
Not sure how to rate a company that does not pitch up when scheduled, twice. Yet they state on their T & C's that if the owner is not home when they arrive, you will still be billed for the call out. Do you think they will pay me for not pitching. Cost me about R250 directly.
Be warned, this is a ponzy scheme. it starts well in the beginning then the returns stop all while been given excuses.
don't work with these guys even if insurance sends them (Santam) easier to do it yourself.
They don't deserve 1 star. A hopeless company with no form of contact details on their website. Avoid them if you can. I transferred R5k to my son in Australia over a month ago. to date they have not paid the money over. Their latest excuse is they cannot open the documents I submitted. Ironically, I had to use my phone and their app to take the pictures of then said documents. I have a feeling I have been scammed.
I get better and faster service from a dead slug. find another provider
Don't waste your time with MTN, they do not care and you have very few options out there and they know it.
