So disappointed at the restrictions of changing my spend limit on my sim number and neither the call centre can even help! So, I’ve been trying to change my numbers spend limit on App Stores, specifically the Apple App Store when I tried through a USSD it gives me an error and redirects me to the call centre. MTN could not assist, fairly so because I have contract with Foschini group but how disappointing that even the people who are expected to have full access to my account cannot assist me! Jaime dismissed me from the beginning telling me how Apple App Stores or any other store is a 3rd party and cannot assist me with changing limit and even goes further on how not even MTN can assist me with this! Exactly how is my own spending limit on my own number a third party thing? It’s my number, limits should be adjustable per my preference like any other network (contract or not) and you guys are telling me you cannot assist? She said they cannot assist nor MTN can assist but she goes on to log a case/ticket with MTN to find out if they can assist! This is just poor service on just general usage!
I am so disappointed on Nedbank's service with greenbucks! I have logged 3 tickets against each other on a same issue - which is to be removed from the programme but I still am charged the leakage fee. Every agent keeps on creating a new ticket for this. They tell me about 78 working hours but it's been 3 months now and it's not been resolved and I am told to settle my account's negative balance.
I am very disappointed with the service lately. I recently wanted to change my contact details because I no longer have access to the number linked to my account but I was told I can't I need to wait 6 months to change the details - I understood that. But now, the app kicked me out and when I try to log in it says my details cannot be found on the system and when I try to do a forgot password it does go through but sends an OTP to the number I no longer have access to. My card has funds, I am supposed to make payment today but I got an email that the payment was unsuccessful what's even worse is that I can't even log into my account to at least try the payment manually. Now, I will be incurring a late fee for the delayed service I am getting from you guys and you will insist on me paying the late fee when it wasn't my fault! I even sent an email earlier on to be assisted with this technical error but no response. I called in but the bot there says the number has reached the number of calls and I should contact the administrator!

I am in Tembisa and it's been over a year using the services of Rain! Honestly, I have never experienced any issues as many other customers claim to have! Sometimes, I just wonder what other people are experiencing exactly that they are complaining about it! I am super happy with Rain. Very reliable internet service provider for me.
