Useless shop
I bought a double door fridge in Moruleng Mall, I don't know where my husband put the slip as he is no more but I do have proof of payment as we were using my card. The fridge's bulb is not working and it still under 3 years warranty. The shop refuses to fix my fridge...nxa

Pick n pay asap doesn't deduct the money for the items that are sold out. They said my bank is holding the funds and the money should reflect within 3 to 5 days but dololo...went to the bank to check after 3 weeks and the bank said there's no money on hold...imagine paying for something you did not receive...sies nxa

I have requested a proof of Account of my late husband on Monday still nothing. I've sent follow-up emails, I called but nothing. I've also asked them how long should one wait for the funds to be released still nothing. Tymebank is a ***** bank. I just called them now, they've told me to wait on the line for 30 minutes until I dropped my call cause clearly they don't want to assist. This is bull****. This bank is kaak

Tymebank is refusing with my late husbands statement
I have requested a statement for my late husband on the 9th Feb 2025, explaining that the court needs it in order to issue me with letter of authority. I have been waiting till now, I was told to wait 43 days while the pension fund won't be able to assist with the claim after 21 days of the passing. I have been sending emails but I don't get assistance...a mere statement, I should wait for 43 days. I don't know why my husband was banking with a Bank that doesn't have a branch. Now I'm struggling. Don't bank with tymebank, think of how your loved ones will struggle after you pass. Nxa ****** mus****
