If I could give them zero stars I would but here we are!!! I was incorrectly debited a subscription by rain in the 25th of February 2025, I tried disputing it but I was told it was a monthly subscription, I have no account or services with rain but I’m being debited? Why???? I want my money back *******!!
Received a call from a different financial institution offering me debt relief, I asked why and they advised me that they received my file from blue dot credit solutions??? I have never app**** with them before infact it’s my first time hearing of them so where the hell did you get my information from????
I’m utterly shocked by the lack of accountability from this company, they don’t even deserve a single star!!! I cancelled fibre from my one house and ordered newly for my other house. The eta for delivering the router took 2 weeks but I was charged for the full month! The old router was supposed to be collected by their team, I received email confirmation but nobody came to fetch the router and I was billed for the fact that THEIR technicians didn’t fetch THEIR equipment and to top it all off they suspended my internet service for something I am not responsible for because they closed their ticket!!!! I’m extremely disappointed and cannot express enough how much I hate this company
This company doesn’t even deserve a single star!!! They are quick to take your car, strip it and no absolutely nothing but frustrate you by not doing repairs! I’ve had to deal will extreme delays with which I couldn’t even take my car elsewhere because they had already stripped it in day 1! This is absolutely ridiculous and I demand answers because we had to scramble for alternative transportation for close to 2 months!!!
This doesn’t even deserve a single star because the service is honestly atrocious!!! I submitted a claim on the 9th of September and it’s been sitting on “tax application” for 12 days now. The contact centre is equally useless as we cannot actually speak to anyone??? How the hell do we follow up of claims if we keep getting redirected to AF online?
This store does not even deserve a single star!!! I purchased a hoverboard on the 18th of December and they told me it would be delivered on the 23rd of December and 2023 and to date the item has not been delivered. I have contacted the store several times and was promised they would escalate the matter and deliver between 28th or 29th of December and the item is still not delivered!!!! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and they should stick to only in store purchases because they don’t know anything about online business it’s disgusting!!!!
