REFUND ME - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I asked Monica B to escalate my matter as I would like to speak to somebody senior. She refused multiple times. I would like to speak to a manager who can assist me with cancelling my trial period and refunding me - as I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT. Every other site that this has happened with globally has refunded me and others when gone over the date - and can see the sub has not been used. I received NO REMINDER TO REMIND ME TO CANCEL THE TRIAL PERIOD. I have NEVER used this. I do NOT NEED IT. Is this the desparation of a company like Takealot.com - to take R99 from people and then not refund it when asked?

FNB Customer support is non-existent - it's like UBER support. NO HELP!
28 November 1 . Tried to draw R3000 from my FNB account at the Shoprite Wynberg Tillpoint.\ 2. Transaction declined on till point but I received notification from FNB that it went through. 3. Shoprite said it is an FNB issue and they did not give me any cash. 4. I contact FNB and tell them to reverse the transaction. 5. FNB consultant acknowledges that FNB was at fault. I ask to speak to manager. 6. FNB Consultant hangs up on me. 7. I phone 2nd FNB Consultant around 9am- I get reference for this. Rd2511299322. 8. This consultant was helpful and forwarded my issue to her manager Ms. C Lawrence. 9. The manager did not call me - even though I requested contact before 10am. 10. I was told the money would reverse today. 11. The money has not reversed. 12. I've received no apology, no formal letter, nothing about the missing money in my account. Absolutely no acknolwedgement nor support from FNB. DISGUSTED.

Standard bank refuses to close bank accounts
I have sent numerous emails - tried to close all my bank accounts - which keeps getting billed - and is now almost R1000 in negative balance. They refuse to close the account. CLOSE THE ACCOUNTS!!! I don't have time to come into the bank! I AM A CLIENT!!!!!!

I won't be signing up for Jobvine
Looking at all the bad reviews of Jobvine.. I don't think I'll be signing up for this. R200 to pay for 1 job lead, with no monthly payment options for membership? What planet do you live on? I have been working online for 10 years now on various platforms - and none of them charge fees like this for jobs that you may not even get! That's laughable! Do better! This is obviously a well thought out **** that only benefits a handful of freelancers and the owner of this business. I will not be signing up for this.

City Varsity - Please pay me the R675 owed to me
Last year, I lectured over the weekend for City Varsity - part of Educor. It was for R2700. They didn't pay me by Christmas last year. Had to send a letter of demand. They paid me R1350. Then I sent another demand. They paid R675. I have never come across such a micromanaged, cheap organisation in my life. Having studied at City Varsity many years back and been a fulltime employee at one stage, the sharp decline that Educor has managed to inflict upon this once thriving business and culture is devastating. Not to be able to honor R675? Poor. How is this business still operating? How is anybody trusting them? I've only heard horror stories of Damelin and City Varsity.

No proper communication
I have been trying to get information about my pension fund and am been given generic information, non-specific to my account. For a company that has a lot of my money, you don't seem to be acting like I am your client. Please provide adequate, accurate service immediately. It's not a hard job that you have to do. You keep our money then you give it back. How this takes 4-6 week is still beyond me.
