This is the worst bank ever. I received money for my royalties from Amazon the funds did not clear. Capitec sent a notification that I should contact them regarding the transaction. I did that and no one is willing to assist even now. Today I called 3 times the forex consultant who answered was Zanele who just decided to end the call in the middle of the conversation. I called the advisor said she transferring the call back to the forex department the call got cut. Until when is this going to keep on happening? Will I ever receive my money?
Today I called ABSA again explaining that I had disputed their outcome. I’ve been sending them emails with no response. I got through to another lady while we were on a call the call went dead until it dropped. I curse the day I changed into this bank. She didn’t even bother to call me back.
I was ****med 2 transactions went off my account. I reported this to ABSA and a ***** case was opened only to find that ABSA HAD 2 more bank cards active on my business name and they have an email address that doesn’t belong to me or my company. After a lot of follow ups ABSA DECIDED THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I HAD ONE CARD WITH ME. I wish there was zero rating because this bank does not deserve even this 1 star.
I’ve been questioning my money that was deducted by NEDBANK SINCE MARCH OF WHICH THEY SAID IT IS FOR AN INSURANCE POLICY. I told them I already have my own insurance but they continued to deduct. I reversed both the premiums that were deducted in February and march but they only returned the amount for march. I kept on following up and they keep on transferring me from one consultant to the other. Today I followed up explained my story only for their consultation to cut the call on me. Iam really fed up with Nedbank. They never treated me right from the beginning and they still continue to do so
If you ever want to deposit your money into a ****mer, deposit your money with XM . They automatically placed loosing trades on my account with an EA I didn’t install. I queried this they said they will investigate. After a week with no response from them I followed up now they saying I must query this with the EA PROVIDER, how when I’m not the one who installed the EA THAT PLACED TRADES? If you want to be successful on your trading journey especially using algorithmic trading never use XM GLOBAL BROKER
I receive a call from Zanele who was Extremely rude to me. When I asked she continued to Shout at me. Forcing me to accept a benefit because If I want a loan It's by force that I must take the benefit. Somebody from Blue Credit deals must give a call before I escalate this to the ombudsman. This company is doing *****. Don't make any loan application with them. After this rude lady shouts at you she Transfers you to somebody else. When I told Tebogo (of which I don't even think they using their real names) He said he will check why the first lady I spoke to was rude to me. He put me on hold and hunged up. What type of a company is This? This is unacceptable and I will make sure that I report to the relevant authorities.
This company helps you to compare loans from different banks. You don't have to submit multiple applications but they do that for you. So that you can choose your best suitable loan option.
I've never been so hurt. My money was ****** out of my account. I was at work and my card was with me but the reference on the app was ATM THEN MY CARD NUMBER. I CALLED NEDBANK AND INFORMED THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE TO INVESTIGATE AND SOMEONE WILL CALL ME. THIS WAS ON THE 01/07/2024. NOBODY GAVE ME A CALL, I'VE BEEN CALLING AND GOING TO THE BRANCH BUT NOBODY IS HELPING. MY ACCOUNT, AND ONLINE BANKING HAS BEEN BLOCKED, THE SAME ACCOUNT THAT I GET PAID INTO. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHETHER I HAVE TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT AND UPDATE MY EMPLOYER BECAUSE NOBODY IS SAYING ANYTHING FROM NEDBANK. I DON'T HAVE ANY CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT TO USE, ALL MY MONEY WAS ******. HOW DO YOU EXPECT A PERSON TO SURVIVE AT THIS POINT? I REGRET EVER CHANGING MY BANK TO THIS NONSENSE . YOU PEOPLE ARE ****MERS I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU ALL KEEP ON TELLING ME DIFFERENT STORIES THAT MY MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM THE APP, WHILE THE OTHER ONE SAYS FROM THE ATM. I DON'T CARE I WANT MY MONEY AND I NEED TO KNOW WHETHER I NEED TO SWITCH MY SALARY BACK TO MY OLD BANK OR NOT
Thank you so much for the awesome service. My account was hacked and all my debit orders were reversed, which caused my outsurance policy to cancel. I got through to natashia, a lovely lady who handled me with care and assisted me to get my cover back. Thank you so much
The service level at Standard bank is Centurion is horrible. I have been sitting for more than an hour waiting for assistance. They even called people who came after me. They serve according race. You people are pathetic
