I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from SA Vehicle Maintenance (SAVM). I submitted a Maintenance and Restoration Service Request (Ref: AMH1344062) for my 2022 Toyota Starlet 1.5 Xs, specifically for a front bumper issue, under my Renewtech – Prime plan. The claim was rejected on the basis that the damage was due to “gradually developing causes” such as fading or peeling paint. This reasoning is unacceptable and misleading. The issue does not relate to gradual wear and tear, and no detailed inspection report, photographs, or technical explanation was provided to justify this conclusion. The decision appears to have been made without a transparent or fair assessment. As a paying customer, I expected professional service, clear communication, and a proper evaluation aligned with the terms of my plan. Instead, I received a blanket rejection with no supporting evidence. I am requesting: A proper reassessment of my claim A detailed written explanation supported by inspection findings Fair treatment in line with the policy I am paying for I hope SAVM will take accountability and resolve this matter promptly. If not, I will have no option but to escalate the issue further.
I had a terrible experience with SBK Gym. They sold me false promises about the membership and access, but the reality was completely different. I’ve been debited every month even though the balance doesn’t change, and they refuse to assist or provide a proper cancellation process. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone.
They over charged me in my credit card, they took R919.92 on my bank the payment was successfully, however they are saying reversal charging me fees or 400 something, I should have a positive balance of 400something there was nothing but a minute, I need my money credited on my credit card ASAP
I am currently at Tembisa there there was never a 5g connection or even connection, we called numerous time we are not getting help but they deduct full amount and they don't wanna cancel. Next steps is taking it to Ombudsman
I registered as a Driver 2023 November I was accepted submitted all required documents, I was told to come for training I couldn't because I was working that day I asked for a reschedule it was approved.Went there on an agreed date I was turned back they told me I must check in with them for an available slot I what's up and called try to send emails no respond and they taken my documents as well as my R150
The service I received from Absa was great after I have complained
I took a loan with absa I settled that account after settling the account they debited twice the installment called for it to be reversed even today I didn't get my money back
