This is the 3rd time I complain about this company and everytime they bul**** me to delete my negative review. I have dealt with at least SIX so called "managers" and nobody can explain how I have lost R80,000 within minutes after I requested a small withdrawal. The last "manager" I spoke to was so patronising I felt like a fool! I'd rather cut my losses and move on to invest my money with a trusted company...
I have invested R80,000 in this company and all went well for a while, until I requested a small withdrawal in November 2024. Suddenly there were only a few dollars left....literally minutes after my request! Nobody can (or want to!) explain what happened and I lost everything. Astonishingly they keep calling me demanding more money! Beware of this company!
I am a widow and I have invested my last savings (R80,000) with this company. All went great and I made a good profit. But when I wanted to withdraw only a few thousand rands, all of a sudden my profit dropped by almost 90%!! They then "granted" me $1250 but no trading is happening. Nobody is able to give me a clear explanation and there is almost zero communication. What should I do now???
My parents have cancelled their Multichoice subscription almost two years ago, but still Multichoice deducts R27.00 from their bank account every month since cancellation. It is practically impossible to speak to somebody who actually knows what's going on. I want my money refunded!!
After being a loyal customer for years, I unfortunately have a financial crisis. I asked Mweb for a 2 week extention on my premium and they downright declined, no effort was made to explain why or even try to listen to my problem. This is terrible customer service and I would strongly advise against doing business with this company!
I would strongly discourage using this company to invest. When it comes to pay-out, they want 10% upfront before I can receive money that is MINE. I wanted to withdraw R20000 but I was told to pay R25000 first before they can release my money. Doesn't make sense, this is a ****, stay away!!
I've invested all my savings (R80,000) with this company for months and all went well. But when I encountered a crisis and wanted to withdraw only a portion, all of a sudden my investment dropped a staggering $5000 WITHIN A FEW HOURS!!! My consultant, Eric Rothman, is now ignoring my messages. I think this company only wants money and cares very little for it's clients.
I was contacted by these people following my policy at Platinum Life, and I was offered a free gift which was nice. However, the next day my bank account was debited with more than R300! Free gift?

I recently had a bad experience with a contractor who installed my electric motor gate. Long story short, Autogate came to my rescue once it was established that the gate had no power due to a wrong connection. Pure pleasure doing business with Autogate - friendly, professional and accurate, commendable!
