My WiFi has been down for probably a good 2 hours now. Not getting assistance on the WhatsApp chat, I have work and homework that needs to be completed
How is it that there is only 1 driver for an entire area? Driver’s car broke down and there was no back up driver to fetch my order that I have been waiting for, for 2 hours now
Pathetic service, what is the point of me ordering online and paying online for skip the Q only to be waiting long. Instead the staff is busy living their best lives and passing ice around to uber eats drivers
My internet has been dropping on and off for days, I do the same thing reboot and start again. I contact customer services today, speak to Taholofelo who did not help me at all. I am not sure if she is new or what but she kept telling me the same thing over and over again and I had to keep repeat myself 😭 eventually she passed me to technical services and it had been 30 mins with no response from them as they have been “looking into my issue”. Is ikeja staff playing games or what is going on??
All I want is my UIF, I’ve submitted everything I needed too. My claim was cancelled by an assessor. I called, they said I must be terminated on ufiling, something my company has never had to do before because everyone who claimed before me had it easier. Now I’m told I must go to the branch, so who must I leave my child with? Do they expect me to go in the rain? With my child?? Excuse me.
By far the worst service ever, from the people who answered to the manager who is never available. I’ve been waiting for weeks for a claim I made at the beginning of June, we heading for the end of July. They are going to want a payment from me though month end but I’m still waiting for my claim. IM READY TO TAKE THIS FURTHER!!! The manager needs to call me ASAP. You guys make things difficult for a person.
Worst customer service ever, I called in a few times. Wasted my airtime everytime, last consultant I spoke too had so much attitude, she probably gave me the wrong name and I need to update my things as I need capfins help. Her name was Nkhothatseng Natsa, rude as ever, and was speaking on the top of her voice. Also why can’t she call me back if my line dropped?? I need a call back ASAP on 0699199162
