App is useless, can register online, then go to the app, it says user blocked. To reset the account you have to provide a list of you have to provide a list of 8 things. Old phone numbers and addresses, how are you supposed to remember this or even how long ago you opened the account to provide these details or even how many points you had on the card. When you try putting your details in the app it keeps saying user blocked even for a completely new registration with other details. Why cant pick n pay just send you a reset link, they have the email used but no, no reset link is possible, you have to phone customer care, they take up to 5 minutes to answer then the tedious task of trying to communicate your details all this using your airtime to reset an account that can be done via an email link. Their app does not communicate with online registration on their website, summarily blocks the user on the app but the website is fine, the website with registration does not offer the option of a virtual card either for the user because their app does not work. For a company like pick n pay this process shoud be streamlined for ease of use to make happy shoppers. When i have to jump through hoops to use a facility - I am not interested and I will sure as hell tell as many people about the useless facility and the ineptness of creating a user friendly app with a stream line process. I don't want to have to phone or email the customer care to reset my details, I should be able to do this on the app or email reset link.
Business ordered product from me and never paid. Every time we contact her a new excuse. Business owner claims she doesn't pay the accounts but she is responsible as the owner to ensure suppliers are paid. Then she pretends she does not know who she is speaking to on whatsapp even though there is a chat history. Still not paid the account 6 weeks later. Owner claims to own 17 businesses but supplies gmail email.
Why is capitec the preferred choice bank for ****mers???????? Why is that so many ****mers use capitec bank, as one account is closed the next one is opened. What controls are in place and why is capitec bank not picking up on ****mers, like many deposits or when ***** is reported on that account. Why are these accounts not being flagged so people at least have a chance of getting their money back. Almost every ****mer on facebook and whatsapp or google is using capitec bank. This is giving capitec such a bad name for honest customers, who would rather then move to another bank. Thyme bank is just as bad with ****mers.
Sasol reward is useless. You registers, then says not valid email or email already exists. Then id is not valid or does not exist. Then your phone number comes up as suspicious and they won't let you register or login. Then THEIR OWN CARD NUMBER IS NOT VALID OR DOES NOT EXIST. Why bother having a rewards card if people cannot use it. There is no support to register this card or reset, trust me I have tried, just get given another email and no response.
Natalie Ruggins is an assessor at i-to-i, she specialises in failing you. I used an assignmnet of someone who had already passes, that she marked and then she fails me on the exact same thing. I did this because I noted the way the assignments are assessed and realised that there is almost no way you can pass the i-to-i course because they nit pick so you must fail. I have requested call backs and still waiting for the call backs. No clients service at all just fail you to make more money. This is a joke.

PostNet Rustenburg Square pays employees R2800 per month for a 6 day week and 11 hours a day. The employees do not even earn minimum wage. This ab****nt in todays times, they do not even pay minimum wage. Someone should inform the labour department about this practice. They also do not get time and a half for saturdays. I am a concerned citizen reporting this.

Spoke to Claudia, promised refund will reflect 1 May, no refund, Monday 2 May no refund, Tuesday 3 May spoke to manager Lukas who promised refund will reflect latest 4 May, no refund. So Romans Pizza is a dishonest establishment who does not refund clients their money.
