I’m extremely disappointed with Haval Edenvale. I purchased my car there and my 1st and 2nd service was done there. When I collected my car after the 30 000 service, my service book cover was on the passenger seat but my book is not there. I asked my service advisor she said she will check and got back to me that she ddnt find it. I even called the service manager but he ddnt even show interest Until today I didn’t get and updates. Can I please get my service book yes I understand it’s recorded on the system but I also want my book. Reg LP34BK

I did not get all the store items and the liquor items I’m missing Benini Amber and Flying fish and the gin and tonic 275ml some bottles were damaged When will I get my stuff this is unacceptable I need it to run my business And you say I delivered my stuff yet I did not get everything
My full refund from the 2 in 1 I’ve cancelled it hasn’t processed and I’m still waiting feedback from the consultant that assisted me. I had also requested the 1st debit order to go off on the 20th July it still hasn’t gone off
Last night I went I purchase chicken licken at Kempton Park Cbd I purchased rock my soul 3 and 6. I Cleary requested that I do not want white meat. There were 3 ladies in the back round of the kitchen I heard them saying I'm crazy they will mix the chicken pieces. Apparently those ladies are Eva, Khensy and Ntombi. The way they are unprofessional shouting behind the speaker thinking I can't hear them. I mean I'm a customer I have a right to be choosing the meat that I want couz I'm paying for that meat. I always go to different franchises and I have never ever came across such attitudes. Can I get a response on the below as I will also post it on hello Peter. I'm very ****ed with the attitude I got from those ladies including the one that sold to me.

Regards Telkom How the hell does Teboho from Festival branch tell me that I need to pay the above amount and yet the number is no longer in use. I paid the amount as requested by Teboho from festival mall, I spent my petrol went back twice today and I'm told the number is no longer in use and I Cleary told him I need to use the number to retrieve my OTP for my emails and he gave me go ahead to pay R540 and the number will work again. He assured that with 24 hours of making payment I must go back to the store, today when I went back I'm told the *****nce they told me. Gloria the manager didn't bother doing anything about it yet she's the manager. And I want tk know why am I made to pay an amount for a Sim card that doesn't even exist this is *****nce I need my money or my Sim card to be replaced as I was told.. I will also send this to the telkom Executives to show how *********** the staff is. This must be resolved ASAP I cannot throw almost R600 down the drain. I since I was told to pay the outstanding amount on 0814371965 I want my number back so that I can access my emails.
Its been a week I've send my documents and Hanny Letsoalo responded that he wants my Telkom statement I sent it immediately, I called on Thursday and was told he will respond. Till no no response received
