Negative 5 Star, they simply *****ed in all ways from how they treat clients and staff alike. Stay Away. Really just Do Yourself a Favour and Stay Far Away. The ******* Trying to ******* Everyone! Thought they could help me but stuffed up things more than ever. Useless!
Had to Claim on PotHole Damage to front tyres and rims at TWT Midrand. Was helped by most friendly and pleasant lady - Janet. She and Mandla at workshop were great and helpful in understanding and assisting with insurance claim, which took almost the whole day to sort out but it was done with extra services like battery testing and so on. This is what service is about - simple understanding and pleasantness. Thanks.
Called to claim on tyre and rim policy sold via Webuycars and was given **** about only tyre being covered. So when you hit a pothole or a couple as there are thousands on our roads then the damage will say I'll damage only your tyre. Like really what absolute nonsense then say Tyre Warranty Only on cover headings not Tyre and Rim. Typical of anyone associated with Webuycars as they all ****mers.
Pathetic Client Service, especially aftersales service. The Midstream branch is a joke, as the salesguy makes promises but does not deliver. I have a second vehicle after the first had to be cancelled due to engine issues which were never picked up when the so called dekra or roadworthiness was done. They Rate their vehicles with Platinum and Gold statuses of which all is False and misleading. Check your vehicles yourself and take a mechanic along to save yourselves as these guys are just ****mers on a Larger Scale. The current vehicle I have had a transmission failure and on top of that now the license disc is an issue as they require CRW before giving it to me. So as mentioned before False advertising and misleading information at best with them. You must read before signing and ensure if you want to deal with WebuyJunks!
I paid for their service to take a few items from Jhb to Dbn. They ended up deliving half the items and lost the other half. Upon my discovery later of what had happened they refused to pay or refund and even went to say the insurance does not cover that. Simply put they not professional or accountable and should be closed. Shame to other businesses doing the same service!
If I could give negative stars I would. Waste of time for the branch in Waterfall Corner to be opened on Sundays as when you get there, you greeted by a young, know nothing girl who is more interested in her cellphone than assisting clients. Should do what other branches do on Sunday's and stay closed. Came in to do fingerprints for employment and told the guy who does it is off today. Really just what do you employ staff to do then...?
Mall of Africa Branch. Since signing up for a Black Friday Deal on home wifi, it has just been one disaster after another. The router was first the problem. Then simple things promised like the Makro Voucher! This is where it all goes downhill. Till now my wife who signed up is waiting for something that she was told was emailed, but to an incorrect email address. Like really did they think we are so Naive! Come On Mr Maraheni the sales agent at the branch! Let's try to help the Customer who has lost count as to the number of times she's been to you to resolve this. I like most tax paying citizens are just a bit Fed Up with the lack of effort and overall Seriousness Shown to Customers from MTN. This matter is easily resolved with a little effort, so come on MTN get the customer her voucher!
If I could, I would give Negative Stars! The worst place to think of renting. Looks good from outside and may seem so inside. But when it comes time to pay or get value for your money....well you can just wait for rather new managament to take over as The HOUSS group is more interested in your money than you! When your lease expires there's more money for them to take away from you even if you leave the place in a better condition then when you move in. They charge too much for simple painting and make excuses when it comes to paying back deposits. Take Note and Think more then Twice if wanting to rent there!
Mica at Midway Mews, Midrand is the worst branch to get to when you need stuff. You get there with 5 minutes to spare and as they closing up, whilst you wait ten minutes to be served by one cashier then you get your turn and she double scans your item giving you a heart attack. Admits her mistake but says you taking her time as it's 5 past closing. The arrogance and stupidity of such employees is the reason for failures in our country. Don't blame customers who pay for their goods for your stupidity and say such things. The person who she served before myself and another guy was wasting time as they were going on talking in their language. So because you of a different race this kind of prejudice and ************** liken to nothing but apartheid is still very prevalent. Shame on our leaders and those who get employed because of their skin colour.
