After signing up the product was installed in 5 days. I was so impressed. Since them, not a day without trouble. Logged calls, No response. Tried to call. Hold on for 45 min and get disconnected. Finally reach an agent. Rude, dismissive and condescending as if I am an idiot. Questions not answered. Problem not resolved. Terrible after sales service. Cancelled today. Fetch your hardware and never come back. I expected SO MUCH better from you MWEB! It is a disgrace
I applied for Fibre on Saturday, on Monday the provider installed my line, and on Wednesday I received the hardware. One call to MWEB tech support and I am online! Thanks for wonderful service and support. I thought the whole process would be cumbersome and difficult - easier than plug and play.
I have been trying to obtain a refund for a booking at the Capital Zimbali for over a month. After initial confusion/ineptitude of booking agents not even being able to trace the payment, I was assured it would be paid before the 15th. Now I do not even get a response to my queries. Where is the customer services manager or someone that can explain why you are refusing to refund me? Is your reservations agent - Muhammad Sheik - deliberately ignoring my calls and emails. Someone needs to make a plan and take responsibility.
I called the pharmacy at 9am and they provided me with email to send script. At 1230 I phoned and male assistant assured me my meds were dispatched. I called at 3pm. They admitted they lied and never received it. I re sent it. They claim now they can't find it. How utterly disrespectful to lie blatantly to a sick person and deny them access to life saving medication. No manager in duty. She is on leave. The owner should intervene. This is not only disrespectful but grossly negligent. Shame on you
I recently had an issue with a product I had purchased. The after sales service team assisted and kept in contact throughout the process. The product was picked up from my premises and I received store credit 2 weeks later. It is good to know that there is a team that will listen to complaints and queries and manage it in an effective way.
I bought a King Duck Feather topper less than 2 months ago. The feathers are sticking out and they are so sharp, you cannot lie on it AT ALL. It hurts and causes marks. I contacted customer service - their response - "is a natural product, due to the stems the feathers will come out. The stems will soften over time and with usage" RIDICULOUS! Not even the dog wants to lie on it - it is so sharp. Do not support this company and rather buy products where the company has some respect for their customers.
MR Price Home stole 2 x R550 from me in one day as I tried to purchase online vouchers. the transactions stated 'cancelled' online but they still took my money. After phone calls, whatsapp messages and FB messages, they promised me it was cancelled - yet today it has been deducted from my bank account and states delivered. They have deliberately ignored all my attempts to communicate and stole my hard earned money. Do not support such a corrupt company.
I have been trying for 4 weeks to organise a small move between houses that are 5km apart. From the beginning, the consultant - Chantene Stander - took days to respond to my numerous calls and email, to such an extent that I had to make a complaint. I thought the matter was resolved as my move is scheduled tomorrow and now I hear all kinds of stories again of packing that should have happened today. And again, I cannot get hold of my consultant. I have asked on FB and whatsapp and Instagram for someone to intervene and to assist her in order to resolve the matter. Will I even be able to move tomorrow? I have always received good service in the past - I don't understand why no one is willing to assist me.
I took out pet insurance for my 3 basset hounds two years ago and recently had to submit a few claims. What a wonderful experience. The claims were processed within 24hours and I received phone calls to keep me up to date. Great and friendly customer service.
I visited Sorbet Northmead Square in Benoni in February and had gelish nails done by Natasha. Today I went back and they struggled for hour to get it off. They filed my nails to point where my finger tips are burning! My nails are now short and brittle and sore. I tried to complain but the manager did not want to give me email address of owner and Natasha is standing right next to her!? I also checked other online reviews of Northmead Square Sorbet and it's terrible! They are giving your franchise a bad name. Avoid this place at all costs.
