Price Hikes with No Improvements
I’m truly disappointed with the current state of Just Gym Meadowdale. It used to be an excellent, affordable gym with quality equipment. However, there have been multiple price increases throughout the year, without any added value in return. Numerous machines have been out of service for over a year—this weekend, only four treadmills were functional. Despite the rising prices, nothing has been repaired, and to make matters worse, the operating hours have been reduced. It's frustrating to see such a decline in what was once a great facility.

Incorrectly inform you that fibre is available in your required area so you sign up and are billed only to be informed its not in your area, it's on pre order and there's no eta. Highly disgusting business operations.

worst customer service in SA
I wish I could give zero stars. The worst customer service. They have no idea what they're doing. They tell lies every time. Managers say they will call back but they don't. their manager assigned to hellopeter complaints says they will call back but they don't. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
