They left my car's heater not working.after the installation. I tried to reach out to get it fixed but no one got back to me . The heater only gets hot on the passenger side anf on the driver it remains room temperature
I am writing this review with such dissappoint. After years and years of using MTN . I just bought airtime of R100.00 with the intent of buying d data . It all went away ..i just called the customer care and the lady says that i subscribed to things which i did not suscribe to . I am very dissappointed i will be moving to another. Service provider MTN is pathetic
Your driver gave me the worst service .... his attitude was bad and when i arrived to take delivery for Order #165622591. I stat in a passage kind if setting .all i asked was for him to come closer to the gate . He refused and had to carry the tv from the beginning of the driveway all the way to my house..i bought pillows and stove last year..and that drive was the best.. the one if today is probably the worst..even his attitude on the phone
Tymebank should be named "inconvenience " . I am trying to make a very serious purchase and they have put my account on debit hold. I tried calling the consultants.i was on hold till i ran out of airtime. And i cannot buy airtime because i cant access my own money that i work so hard for ...as soon as you unhold my money i am gone. You have lost one customer.
Your staff members i give zero. Especially there by the fast food department .. your readily prepared food is also as bad ,as if you cooking for dogs, who cooks that soup? Okay but i buy your mince and its good quality i love it.. but your staff i still give -5
Your service at engen garage at grey stone crossing is amazing.i was serviced by a guy named boitumelo and i loved it..i was told by my work mate about your service at that particular filling station . And his recommendation was good
I have a contract with vodacom i hardly have network ,so now i have to buy airtime for my mtn sim to surf the net.. i just did a speed tes***** testing 1.22 mbps and mtn is 47mbps.. just please cancel my contract so i can move to a better service provider ..i really dont know what i am paying for been complaining for over a year and no one is helping ....
Vodacom has been a headache since 22/03/2022, i have no coverage, i asked them to cancel my contract since i am not getting what i am paying for, instead when i called the customer care they offered me a router saying"its going to make my coverage better " the router didnt make a difference and now they have increased the contract term without my concerns and also the contract price . I am a student and trust me having to upload assignments is a headache .last year i missed an assignment because i couldnt get coverage .. on a good say it tests 1mb/s . Every month i feel like i am throwing money in the dustbin .. i am really not enjoying their service
