I HAVE TRIED FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS FOR THEM TO SAID THERE BANKING DETAILS SO I CAN RETURN THERE MONEY BECAUSE THEY SEND ME A INCORRECT MANDATE
I have had my fibre for atleast 2 weeks, working perfectly fine until my line was cut , i have no internet at all ,and when trying to get through to them , they take agents
I use to receive my salary a day before ,however with no communication what so ever i have not received my salary as of yet ,please explain
I WANT TO WRITE A REVIEW THAT THIS RAIN PUT ME IN ARREARS AFTER BEING IN A CREDIT FOR ALL THE MONTHS AND THEN SUDDENLY AFTER LEVELLING UP I WAS PUT IN ARREARS , I HAVE ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOTS OF MY CREDIT CAUSE I DONT SEEM TO GET ANY HELP FROM THIS PEOPLE AND THEN THREATEN ME IF I DONT PAY BY THE 25TH THEY WILL CUT MY SERVICES 20TH JUNE r850 paid 20th MAY R400 CREDIT NOTE R450 17TH APRIL PAYMENT CREDIT NOTE R825 PAID R625 CREDIT LEFT R202. AFTER THAT R202 LEVELED UP DEDUCTED FROM THE R202 AND WENT IN ARREARS . ONE LEVEL UP WAS NOT EEN ALLOCATE D
THIS IS THE WORST WIFI YOU CAN GET , SINCE I HAVE GOTTEN THIS WIFI THE INTERNET IS SLOW IT BUFFS ,WHEN YOU ASK AS WHY THE INTERNET IS DOING THAT THEY DID REPLY , I HAVE ESCALATED THIS MATTER NUMEROUS TIMES . THEY PUT YOU IN ARREARS NOT ECPLAINING THE PRO RATA , I HAVE HAD NO JOY WITH THE WIFI , YOU CANNOT WATCH ANYTHING CAUSE IT DOESNT WORK THE CALL CENTER AGENTS ARE NOT EVEN FROM THIS COUNTRY , THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO GET A SERVICE FROM
I am very disappointed in there service after i was in a credit ,they put me in arrears and now demanding payment ,
Rain 5g is the most disappointing and disgusting service i have ever dealt with After adding 5 billings of R75 towards my account,i am now in arrears after my account was debit by Rain on the 17th of may ,i had a credit balance of R202 which just vanished ,when query you statement/invoice they take you details and escalate its been not one agent calls you make I am now getting threatoing f***king messages stating my services will be disconnected
THE SERVICE IS S*** AND THE the app dont work , I update anything on my app , they changed my payment date without my consent
I NEED TO SAY THIS IS THE WORST FIBRE COMPANY THAT YOU CAN BE WITH, EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE SET DEBIT ORDER THEY STILL WANT TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON THE 1ST ASWELL AS YOU DEBIT ORDER TO GO OFF,I HAVE BEEN PAYING THIS ACCOUNT ON A MONTHLY BASIS HOWEVER STILL REFLECT IN ARREARS , THEY THREATEN YOU WILL SUSPENSION HOWEVER IF YOU MAKE A PAYMENT YOU STILL I ARREARS , THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY DEBIT ORDER MANDATE WITHOUT MY CONSENT. THEY ARE ROBBING US IN BROAD DAYLIGHT, I HAVE CHATTED WITH ONE CONSULTANT BY THE NAME OF NALEDI WHEN I ASKED WHY AM I ARREARS SHE TOLD ME JUST GET YOUR ACCOUNT UP TO DATE, WHO SPEAKS LIKE THAT. I HAVE ALL PROOF OF PAYMENTS YET THE ACCOUNT IS STILL IN ARREARS/ TERRIBILE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!
