Didnt want to come sort out my fibre wifi because my area was "unsafe" and will only be "safe" on Thursday absolute bull**** they are lazy and it is monday i have no internet since saturday this is ridiculous would NEVER reccomend worst wifi fibre service EVER
Ordered online came 1 hour late food came cold and driver was at a location for that entire hour and said he was "doing a delivery" debonairs delivery its drop and go soo unacceptable
Paid my wifi bill which was paid 2 days before my wifi went out i spent over R600 on airtime and data not included and all they said was "wait 24 hours and it should be online"after 3 days we took a drive to their offices and make a huge complaint because my sister had her matric studies online as she works from home with a online school and they were not much help either and my sister almost missed her exam but we bought her data and its not vox fault its TELKOMS FAULT i do not reccomend them at all and the support was tye worst support i ever had😡
Bought a R200 order from shein and buffalo charged me R2760 for customs and my package weighed 1.879kg and i had no other choice i had to oay i hate buffalo
I was on holiday when my parcel arrived and i was overseas on holiday and when i came home after 41 days after my package arrived i was shocked it was used ,damaged,broken and had a green substance on it and the person that emailed me M REFOU was very RUDE
