I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Discovery Life, especially Jabulile Nkabinde, for the outstanding support my family has received over the years. Year after year, Jabulile makes the claims process simple and stress-free. Her prompt attention, professionalism, and genuine care make a very difficult situation much easier to handle. Since my husband’s passing, my son has never lacked anything when it comes to his education. He is now in his second year at university, and Discovery has consistently covered everything related to his education without any problems. As someone who is currently unemployed, this support has meant more to us than words can explain. If your child’s education policy is not with Discovery, I truly encourage you to consider them. Their service and reliability have made a real difference in our lives. Thank you, Discovery Life, and a special thank you to Jabulile for always going the extra mile.
On the 7th December went to Absa to inquire about documents needed for deceased estate, they told me and on the 8th December I went with all the documents, the lady who was assisting me made copies in my presence and processed them she said the tut is 30 days due to backlog. On the 7th January I went back only to realize nothing has been done and even the copies of my documents that were made are nowhere to be found, I now have suspicious calls of people with my personal information asking me personal questions. I couldn't even buy the children stationary the worst I had to borrow money using my TV as collateral because I was told turn around time is 30 days, 2 weeks back I emailed them and in their response they told me that their tat is 60 days when it's clearly stated in their correspondence and website that its 30 days today is day 49 I'm still waiting and still haven't heard anything from Absa. Having to deal with our loss and stress that Absa has caused us was very painful.

Dishonesty and improper conduct, my 20yrs old son who is still a student was sold a policy in the guise of getting groceries monthly. He doesn't even know what the policy is for ,he tried severally to cancel it but clientele ignores him I also tried severally to call and even sent a email but they ignored me, as a student my son survives in res with R1000 and you taking from that monthly is causing him to suffer, if this policy is not canceled within 24 hours I will take the matter to the ombudsman then to FSB because now this is affecting my son mentally ,academically and emotionally
On the 26th July I paid for my subscription for July and on the 1st July MWEB debited my account billing me twice for July. I emailed mweb and reached out through their chat each time I will be prompted to hold for a agent but after 20 attempts I still didn't get help. It looks like MWEB customer care doesn't exist, I've never been this frustrated because this is the money meant for something.
I would like to send my gratitude to Ronwyn at Varsity College Waterfall for the outstanding service, she handled my query as if it was her own problem, she kept on calling checking if there was anything more that needs to be done and went all out to see that our matter was resolved. Thank you Ronwyn you are the definition of awesome service and you showed so much compassion and care.
After betting teatime yesterday I went to soccer betting and I played 3 tickets the first one was over R100 000 second one a little over R60000 the third was was few thousands and I only played like 18 games to 15. After teatime results were out when I check my tickets I noticed that the last 3 soccer tickets I played were removed on my recent bets, I went to bet history and they were removed from there as well this is not the first I loose tickets especially when there's a potential win. Hollywoodbets is a **** if you play many tickets they think you won't notice that they have removed some of your tickets or the winning ticket I want them to explain how did my 3 tickets disappear?
