So i go on, they say i qualify for R4500 but i have to take the funeral plan and accept the debi check.. i do so and after i accepted the debi check they decline my loan.... Please be careful
They offer you a loan and after sending all documents they decline the loan. That affect your credit score and your credit score goes down. Please dont trust them
I am extremely upset and disappointed with the handling of my account application and bank card issue. On the very same day I app**** for my bank account, I received a call from one of your representatives. During the call, I clearly informed her that my surname was incorrect in your system. I promptly sent a copy of my ID and any other required documentation within minutes, as requested. She later called back to confirm that she had received the documents and assured me that the correct surname would appear on my bank card. However, when I received the card, my surname was still incorrect. I immediately contacted your team again, and was told that I should simply replace the card and the correct surname would appear. I followed that instruction — only to discover that I have now been charged R200 for a card replacement that was caused by your error. This is completely unacceptable. I should not have to pay for a mistake made by Discovery Bank, especially after I acted promptly and in good faith. I kindly request that the R200 charge be reversed immediately and that proper procedures are followed to ensure no such issues occur again. I hope to see this resolved quickly and professionally.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my loan account. My original loan amount was R19,059.32. Although I acknowledge there were months where I missed payments, I have since resumed paying and have paid a total of R11,469.20 to date. Despite this, I have now been informed that my outstanding balance is R23,511.31, which makes no sense and is extremely concerning. Based on my payments, the balance should be significantly lower — approximately R7,590.12 — yet the amount you claim I owe has increased beyond the original loan total. This suggests that interest and/or fees have been added in a way that I do not understand and which has not been transparently communicated to me. 2. A clear explanation of how my account can be more than i originally taken Until I receive a full and satisfactory explanation and a fair and reasonable outstanding amount, I reserve the right to pause any further payments, as continuing to pay without transparency is not fair or reasonable. Please treat this as a formal complaint and respond within 48 Hours.

We are so disappointed, because my husband is working in Ireland we asked Fedhealth to make me (his wife) the principal member.. This morning we received a email that says (We confirm your termination of membership with Fedhealth Medical Scheme) we didn't terminate ??????????????????????? last week they said (Kindly note that request to do a member swop has been sent to the membership department and feedback will be provided in 3 working days) so what the hell
I've spoken to a guy on the 20th he explained everything to me. On the 21st I emailed budget and said I want to cancel and don't want to be with budget ive spoken to 2 other people trying to cancel the insurance but then they want to talk and talk and talk I CANT BE ON THE PHONE FOR 45 MIN TRYING TO CANCEL SOMETHING, and explain and try to sell this insurance, and they are taking debit order off my account without me signing anything. IM NOT INERESTED ! CANCEL!!!

how long do they take to look at your application? I've been checking since Sunday and its Wednesday now... I've paid my first "instalment" already when I've put in the order, at this time i feel like canceling my order.
